J massage

had a session with Sophia for Back pain and insomnia.  Really good hands. Friendly. Plan to go back.

Ok massage, left happy.

Walked out of the room at least 8 times. Talking to new customers, and coworkers and shouting at coworkers while in the room. So pay for $60 and get 30 mins. My neck was hurt and she did a great job fixing it.

And now the worst part. She asked me to pay upfront. Which I did. Put a line through tip. And authorized $60’s. She then decided to charge me $80’s without my authorization.

After the 50/50 massage, because she was good when she spent time in the room (half the time.)

I then go to tip her after the massage. Fifteen dollars. I showed her the fingers 1 and 5. She said thank you unenthusiastically. And processed to charge me $50 dollars tip for a “60 min massage”!!! I wrote $15 on the top of the recent. She gave me $34 dollars back. Not enough ones. Communication problem I understand, but no one every would give a 90% tip for half of the service, on top of she didnt like my tip amount of 25%?!

I go back the next day, not for a massage, but because $130 was charged to my card. So I wanted the extra $20 back that she added on to the originally price (without my knowledge or signature on the receipt for the new price she charged), but for driving out of my way to get my money back for yet another error on billing. I also wanted $16 dollar tip less than satisfactory service. And fraud and theft. But I didn't go to anyone else but them over this. Then after they saw my bank statement and took a picture of it. They were still fighting me on giving me my money back.

I ended up getting $35 back than $36, because she was short again another dollar.

This is horrible service for a new company guauging your clients for way more than agreed upon. And then guilt tripping them for most of the tip back for this 3 strike ordeal.
