Trustworthy, efficient, skilled! We’ve been going to complete auto repair for 10 years now and we highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and communication. We’re thankful to have a trusted mechanic to take care of all of our vehicles.

I got an oil change, it was pretty quick, and reasonably priced. The gentleman who helped me, made a few suggestions on things I could do for upkeep, and informed me of a potential problem that will need rectified eventually. He offered to go over any of it with me later, if I had any questions about the suggestions. I appreciate that he didn’t try to force me into the other services, since I couldn't remember which ones I had done last year at the time. Nice place, definitely recommend.

The team at Complete Auto Repair are honest, understanding, and provide great service. Can't ask for much more for your auto repair needs. I know for me personally, my experiences at the bigger chain auto repair shops has been hit and miss (mostly miss). That was not the case here. The customer experience will have me coming back to them for all my auto needs.

I am always pleased with the work and customer service at Complete Auto Repair because Eddie and his team are very conscientious about the work they do. My family and I had been taking our vehicles to Eddie for many years until the garage where he was working closed. We followed him to his new employer at Complete Auto Repair along with a lot of other satisfied customers of his. I am happy he now has a small handful of mechanics under him so they can learn from him and get the same kind of following he has garnered with his skills for auto repair and his ethics in general.

They are always great to work with. They will give you a bid before any work. Scheduling is always a breeze. Bids are realistic and turn around time is accurate. They are incredibly kind on top of being professional and good at what they do. They get my highest recommendation

They beat the major shops by 20% and was able to squeeze my bearing and hub repair in before the weekend so I could use my car for work around St. Louis. Eddy and his crew are a rare breed and I only have good things to say about their shop! Thanks guys 🤙

These guys are great! They didn't stop until the problem was solved. They kept me in the loop about what was going on, really professional about taking care of my needs and getting me on my way. I owe them all "Happy Meals" for a job well done!!!

As always, Eddie and the team have been so amazing and communicative. They let us know the problems also when we had the bi-yearly emission and safety test done, they let us know what we need to pass.

I have lived in Ballwin the past 15 years and all that time I’ve gone to one mechanic. During that time, when I drove a 2004 Acura sports car and more recently a 2014 Toyota SUV, I have never had to do more than standard maintenance on these cars! I owe it to the fact that Complete Auto care takes great care of my cars and NEVER HAS TRIED TO CLAIM I HAD MAJOR AND EXPENSIVE ISSUES! THEY ARE COMPLETELY HONEST!
