MIDTOWN TIRE

Midtown Tire is my go to for all things! It can be a busy place - so early drop off is best. If you have horrible tire luck like me - get your tires here and they will fix them for you (if that’s doable). Mike was so helpful and communicated very well. I had a few things I asked ahead of time if they would need to be done, he advised they would call me and update me. After doing my oil change, safety inspection and tire repair/rotation he called just like he promised. He let me know the things I had asked about were in good condition and did not require anything at this time. As a woman, I feel like many places assume you know nothing and will always try to get you to do more. That is not the case here. They are honest and never make me feel like they are testing my intelligence for a chance to make more money. That’s why I am a returning customer! I also appreciate that they text you a link with a break down of things with photos so you can see what is going on with your car.

Got me in quickly for tire replacement. I was 120 miles from home. Holiday weekend. Shredded tire. No muss/no fuss service. 30 mins tops. I was very appreciative. Excellent service. Thank u.

I drove in unannounced 20 minutes before they closed. They looked at my tire, gave me the diagnostic and took great care of me in my car. I was out in 20 minutes and I am so grateful to Justin and the rest of the team. They could’ve easily said wait till tomorrow, but they handled it for me/

I just got back in town and needed to leave again this am, but had a problem with a tire.

I called the store this am and they said “bring your car down and we’ll have a look”. I left it for a short time, went to grab lunch and they called and I went back to get it.

The guy that checked me in when I dropped my car off was awesome, the woman that took care of my payment was awesome, and the guy that brought my car to me when I picked it up was great as well.

I had EXCELLENT customer service, and that’s why I rated it 5 stars. They deserve it!!!

This is one of the best good years I have ever been to, I’m from Lawrenceville and the service I get there compared to this location doesn’t beat it. Mr Derek Cassey is an awesome manager and I observed how he moves with his team and they are quick and clean with it! Highly recommend anyone with any vehicle issues to check them out. Ultimately reliable!

Midtown tire was amazing! We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in for tire repair and they were able to work us in! Justin kept
us informed of each step of the process they text messages and phone calls. We were able to get same day service at a fair cost. They didn’t try to upsale me, and were very honest with their opinion of what to do. I would recommend midtown tire!

Wonderful, fast and courteous service. I unfortunately hit a curb and slashed a tire early one morning. I called Midtown Tire, who I’d used previously, and Angel couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. They got me taken care of and back on the road by early afternoon- and that’s when having to order a tire. And finally, but bill was less than the estimate. They will continue to be our go-to.

This was my second time going to Midtown Tire. They are very nice and have great communication. I work a lot and have a busy schedule and they get the job done fast (of course, this also depends on what you need done for your car). But I’ve always been happy with their services.

I’d like to say what a great experience I had with Jerome at this particular location. Very informative and very helpful. Thank you Jerome for taking the time to explain everything to me and taking the stress out of a stressful mechanical situation.

Everyone else should definitely take a page out of your customer service book.

I was so pleased with the attitude of all the employees very different from what I had experienced several years ago work performed much quicker than expected so I definitely will return to this location for all my tire needs plus other services. My sincere thanks to all employees at this location

This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. When I called with a somewhat urgent request to fix my slow leak in a tire as I was days away from a 600 mile trip, they told me to come in despite that all the appointments slots were filled. Jason explained to me the possibility the tire could be fixed rather than be replaced. He told me it would take up to an hour and a half. He was exactly right. They reassured me that the “permanent patch“ would be safe for my 600 mile trip which it was. They easily could’ve told me I needed a new tire and I would not have known the difference. If I could give 10 stars to this business I would.

I actually misplaced my phone on the day I came in; I stopped by to see if I’d left it there. I hadn’t, but Jerome went out of his way to check their security cam footage and show me that I had indeed left with my phone. I really appreciated him doing that for me.

Everyone at this location was very professional and helpful. Honestly I never leave reviews unless service is completely terrible or tremendously great. Thank you all so much from the guy who changed my tire to the customer service representative and not to mention the generous manager. Absolutely mind blowing. I had such a long and stressful day and I am just blessed I came here honestly. Again a HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

honestly fabulous service! i was so stressed about my flat tire and they put a new one on in like 30 mins and were so sweet. they offered me water and all had a smile on their face which made me smile because i obviously had a horrible day with a flat tire. also super clean inside!

With Atlanta potholes and constant construction, flat tires seem to happen a lot. The team at Midtown Tire is excellent. Always great service, quality work, and even when bust they can get you on your way in an hour or two.

I came into the shop the other day because my car battery died and it turns out I needed a whole new battery. I came in last minute without a reservation and they were pretty busy but still made the time to see me, the Manager went above and beyond to help me and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend Midtown tire for any car issues or services!

I’ve been using Midtown tire for all my tire needs since 1993 and have been wholly satisfied with every visit.
They are first come first serve and can schedule appointments. I would highly recommend calling ahead of time before you have an emergency to have your tires repaired.
Midtown Tire has always stood behind their sales and service with me.
Derek, John, Mike and Cookie are very professional and always treat me right.

The selection of Midtown Tire was quite arbitrary. They were the closest AAA approved garage in my area, but I am super happy and super pleased with my customer experience there.

Had my vehicle towed in for a battery replacement, and was not only out of the door and half the time I was quoted, but the service tech even replaced part I wasn’t expecting.

Would absolutely use Midtown Tire again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality automotive service.

I want to give big kudos to Jerome, Mike, and team at Midtown Tire! I took my car in for what I told was a problem (diagnosed by another servicer) that I had repeatedly taken in to be checked, as well as, my local dealership, neither of who were able to assist and within 30 minutes of dropping my car off to the team at Midtown they were able to diagnose the issue (which really wasn’t an issue but a mistake made by the prior) and resolve it. They have gained a loyal new customer! My entire office staff gets their cars serviced here and now I know why. Thank you for your knowledge and excellent customer service it’s greatly appreciated.
