Kohl's

This departmental store is huge and widely spread. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. They also have an Amazon return booth inside which collects returned online orders. Some of the deals here are great. They have ample open parking space. A great shopping experience. Would surely recommend.

This kohl’s Store is nice and clean. And it’s huge. The deals and the items in the clearance section are generally priced competitively. You have to be careful and make sure you get the item during their sale as the prices do fluctuate quite a bit. But the folks working here are good too

I have to leave a positive review for Thomas at this Kohl’s East Cobb store location. He went above & beyond helping me with some tricky returns today. He was so pleasant and engaging during my time at the returns counter with him, and I appreciated his persistence in trying to locate the items (in the system) that I was returning! My day was better after my wonderful interaction with him!

Excellent collection of clothing and Xmas decorations. They also have excellent collection of clothing in attractive sales now. There is also an option for easy Amazon returns. Amazon returns at Kohls is very easy and no worry about packing as Kohls take care of that too. Once returned at Kohls, Amazon will initiate refund for returned items in another 2 hours. The staff here is very friendly. Store is very spacious and clean.

Always a pleasant experience. Was there early on a Sunday morning and had a nice conversation about our children with a employee there. It was a nice change to just going in and someone asking how you are and not caring. Got to love Kohls!

The item I purchased was of good quality, by a major brand, at a good price.

I like Kohls for several reasons. They have enough collection, wide variety, very good deals. Its bit economical and online is not that great but if you consider brick and mortar this is one of the best stores in US. Sometimes prices are too much, but if you are able to find good deals it will pay out. I do like their quality for the prices on a good deal day.

Kohl's has range of products with wide area of selection. They have lot of options for clothing. Currently they have good sales going on. The staffs are super friendly and all around if you need any help. I would definitely go back to Kohl's for lot more shopping.

I used to not be a big Kohl's shopper but ever since before Christmas I've been finding some good affordable deals here. When you spend enough you get the Kohl's cash AND when you do amazon returns you get the 25% coupon. On one visit I bought 7 shirts and only had to pay $5! I'm loving their clearance deals right now.

Came in to use the Amazon return kiosk. Always fast and professional.

Store is clean, organized. There were shopping carts available. Although it was right before closing time, there was an employee in nearly every department I visited, so I had no problem if I needed help. Actually, I did ask two different people each a question and they both were friendly and helpful. The cashier who checked me out was pleasant. I had a great experience in Kohl's tonight despite the fact that I was in a huge hurry.

Cheri, Cristian, and Alicia are outstanding team members and upper management! After having difficulty before in life with a return, the team here took the time (starting with Cheri,) to listen to me. Then make the decision to accommodate my return. After that the system told Cristian it could only do a diminished store credit instead of throwing his hands up and saying sorry, that's all we can. Do. He also listened to me, and took the time to also look at the return. Thank you for seeing that it was a manufactures simple defect of sewing in one pocket inside out that neither the deminished value or store credit was valid, because there wasn't the size left to replace my very rare size. Instead of embarrassing me and kicking me out with a useless credit at the time, thank you for giving me the opportunity to replace the items and make my destination today. You chose customer over greed and ego. It is so rare. And I know Kohls did have something I would love right now I just lacked the time to look. Because their stores are so lovely and packed with new stylish cloths I do get lost sometimes. You took a very big step for me today compared to other companies I will always go to you first, bc I know if there an issue I'm safe. Because for some this might not be true but for others it is you never know what someone's going through in that moment sometimes it's not a person doing anything wrong and you might've just saved that person's week month or year. Thank you.. and thank you. Corporate Kohl's for allowing your managers to make the right decision.

Very nice customer service , thanks , although it would have been much better for me if you had the carts to ride in, I'm dealing with a lot of pain and those wheel chairs don't have leg rest.

Love the layout of this store. The Sephora inside is amazing. This location is the only one that carries Calvin Klein women's sports bras and underwear.

I always felt welcome in this store and never regret a visit.
