Ace Hardware of Kernersville

Staff proved that Ace is the helpful place! They asked how I was doing when I walked in, asked if I needed help finding something, and then took me right to the aisle with my part.
Might be a little pricey. But you get great service!!

Excellent store, everything was neat and orderly, manager was very nice! Top of line products, my new favorite spot for yardwork supplies.

I couldn't get the name of the associate, but I needed a key made. We ran into some issues, but, she did a great job of helping me out the best she could instead of immediately turning me down if the key was having issues copying. Even recommended a place where I got my key duplicate issue solved.

This is a very well stocked store. Ive always found the people who work there to be very knowledgable and helpful.

Everyone was so helpful that worked here. I stopped by to look at a lawn mower and bird feed. I ended up getting both. Thank you for such great service. I will be stopping by more often.

This store is great. Everytime I visit there is always someone right there to help me. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel welcome and enjoy what they do. I will go there before any large store. Inventory selection is a lot more than you would expect. Love this place.

My first time ever in an Ace Hardware was yesterday to purchase a tool chest for my husband's birthday. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young man and asked if I needed anything. Upon purchasing the tool chest he even took it out and helped me get it into my car. Very pleased with my visit.

Bright and friendly. Everyone wants to help. Of course being the owners father, I am just a little biased. However my son has truly put forth a great effort to bring the town a wonderful locally owned hardware store.

All I needed was a sparkplug for my Stihl chainsaw, and I wanted to go to a Stihl authorized dealer. It took about 45 seconds and the gentleman and the young lady who assisted me and checked me out were very nice. It was just a sparkplug, but I have not one complaint about this place.

This place was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I had an odd request and they weren't sure if they could do it but gave it a try anyway. They ended up saving me over $80 in the process.

I went in to buy a chainsaw, I knew what I wanted and didn't want to change it. The staff helped and didn't try to oversell, or tried to change my mind about it. Great customer service and staff smaller hardware stores are better for the minor things..
