My daughter had an issue with her vehicle and needed help. She ‘s away at school so it was hard to come home for repairs. Called early in the morning and spoke with Wayne . I explained the situation he was very professional and we made plans for my daughter to drop her vehicle off. The vehicle was fixed within hours and at a very fair price. Thanks Wayne for taking care of this in such a timely manner and please thank the technician for me too you guys are awesome!!

I love these guys. They have helped me in a pinch on numerous occasions. I’m newer to Carrollton, it’s always hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I live about 50 yards away from the shop so how lucky can you get ?!

One of them had the time and patience to come over TO MY HOUSE to look at my car (the belt had fallen off). He told me to bring it and they put it right back on. Talk about real personal customer service.

I could go on, but these guys are top tier in customer service, quality of fix, and honest as all get out. If they can’t fix something, they’ll point you in the right direction to someone who can. This place forever has my business. Thank you , gentlemen!

I have a fleet of vehicles at Gunn Metal Fabricators, and I've been continuously impressed with the timely fashioned work this company provides. I also take all my personal vehicles here. I've never had to question a bill, or the work they provide. Super clean shop.

Went in to get my rotors replaced. All the guys I encountered there were super helpful and finished the job in no time. I especially appreciated that they called me when my vehicle was ready. I had to call myself after it was well past the stated time the job would be finished at the last few service centers I've been to. I'd definitely recommend this shop for any needed repairs that they do.

My son was home on leave from the U.S. Navy, his truck broke down the day before he was set to leave!!! Adrian Terrell worked all day to get his truck up and running so he could make it back to Norfolk VA. In time!!! Terrell Bros. Auto is the only place I will ever take my cars, and trucks too!!! They are a honest good hearted bussiness!!!

This has been my go to spot since moving to Carrollton. Always quick and always courteous. Car never comes back with a problem it didn't have before, and that is huge for me. I like and trust these guys which seems to be a difficult combination to find these days.
