I love Masters Allstate. They are so friendly and happy to help answer questions. They call you back when they say they will. That in my books is a plus. They have also called me and helped me LOWER my bill. If that doesn't say this company cares about its customers I don't what else would. I have been with Masters for over 18 years.

The customer service that I have experienced there has been great! I like that I can stop in & pay the bill in many locations, or over the phone, & easily do business over the phone. We shopped and researched for home owners insurance before making a decision, we chose Allstate. It’s now sometime later and I can see I’ve made the right choice. This agency is phenomenal, the customer service is enviable and I wouldn’t consider for a moment switching providers. Lauren especially, at this office in particularly, stands out as a prime example of the attentiveness and consideration you’ll get, and if ever you’ve got a problem or something has happened and you need customer service, she’s your gal.
