Been caling for a week now to see why my auto insurance went up. I've left a voice message, an email, and even called customer service to see if this office is even in business anymore. I finally received a letter explaining why it went up but now I need to speak with the agent to lower it and I cannot get through to anyone there.

Run from this office! Jake is the worst insurance broker I have ever dealt with. Total embarrassment to State Farm. I had countless issues with him where he would quote me all the wrong prices and charge me something differently. He would then tell me he would call me back and never did. I would have to follow up with him and he would say he forgot. He then canceled my insurance without advising. Run as he is a creep!
