My favorite store! This location is awesome. They play really fun music and they have a large selection of really cute clothes. If I need to find a gift or an outfit ASAP for an event, Ivy & Leo is my go-to as I can always find something cute. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to other boutiques of this caliber. The salespeople are super friendly and helpful. The store manager is a sweetheart!

These girls are so kind! I had purchased a dress and fell in love with it, but ended up returning it since it was too small, and it was the only size left in the company. We were all so sad since we loved the dress on me! One of the girls went out of her way and came into my store a couple days later (I work next door to them) and told me she was at a neighboring store in the Village and saw the dress i loved in my size! She definitely didn't have to do that but it was so sweet of her to think of me. The prices here are also better than other stores in The Village that sell the same stuff

Jennifer is so helpful! She assisted me in finding just the right clothes for my personal style. And I love the new layout of the store. It makes my shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Been meaning to post this for a while. I stop by every time I’m in The Village!

I just wanted to shout out one of the employees. I think her name was Cleo. She is so very kind and helpful. She was training a new employee and I just admired her patience during a stressful situation. The new employee was having trouble charging both a gift card and a debit card. Cleo was doing her best to help and I just really felt like she deserved some recognition. I see you girl!! Thanks for your hard work.

Just came in to look and use up some time, but ended up loving my experience and leaving with some awesome items. I'm not usually a botique shopper. I generally find botique items too expensive for me and not my style. But what I was not expecting was the personal shopping experience of a boutique that you dont find anywhere else in big department stores. Jennifer was so funny and welcoming. She even played with my daughter around the store so I could shop and recruited my daughter to help style me which my daughter absolutely enjoyed. A beautiful moment created for my daughter and I. Thank you.

Jessica is amazing! She helped me get the dress that I really need it for an event, and she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with in Customer service! Love the store and love the people!

The sales associates are AMAZiNG! My sister and i were looking for a dress for a wedding that she was attending and they were such an amazing help from the jump. We were hyper aware of the customer service because we had already gone through Francesca’s and Bevello, which both displayed embarrassing examples of customer service. So to enter “Ivy and Leo” with the sales associates greeting you and helping you until you found the perfect dress, it was very refreshing.

The store manager, Jennifer, is awesome! Needed help exchanging a gift for a different size and she was so helpful and great to work with. Plus this store has tons of cute stuff! :)
