STACY in printing was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had a line and kept her cool, being polite and helpful when I was most definitely a handful. Really made my experience much much better. Please give Stacy a raise.

Super experience with buying a printer today from Garner. What a great help he was! So knowledgeable and honest with his assistance. We left feeling very good about the transaction - knowing we did the right thing. He also did not speak down to us and never acted like we were a bother with our endless questions. Thumbs up to Garner!

I just had an amazing experience getting 5 large poster prints for $80. I received a call from staff double checking the exact size of the prints, etc., and after telling the employee my plan for a strange sized frame, I arrived to find she even cut down the photo to those exact measurements for me. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Went back 2 school shopping as did last year. This year is one for the books, as not only did they have great savings, the customer service was excellent. An employee named Bacak took the time and set us up for the rewards program, shared how we could save money, and had a kind spirit thoughtout whole transaction. Service like this is hard to find nowadays, and will definitely be going back!! Hope you do too!

Went in to do a TSAPrecheck, there was a long line ahead of me. Watched the clerk multi task multiple times. She took care of everyone as quickly as possible, her computers kept locking up and through it all, she had a terrific attitude, and was very helpful and friendly. Don’t usually shop at Staples, but I will return just because of her great customer service, I was in the store Thurs, Sept. 16th.

I normally shop there for the usual office supplies i.e. printer ink, paper, etc. But recently we were in need of a good laptop computer that was priced right. I looked online and found one in stock at the store that fit our needs. Went into the store and Nathan Hale ended up being our helpful tech/clerk. He's an assistant manager there but the other computer tech was with another customer. Nathan was very helpful and set the computer up to fit our needs and delivered on every thing we requested and made sure that it was ready when we requested it.

When it comes to printing, etc. I’m kind of a Grandma. Bobbie and Stacy in the printing center took great care of me and made sure my order was perfect!

As far as stars go, im giving the staff member Sandy 5 Stars; there is more work needed by Staples to earn those stars, as stars go.

I Usually do not get, or receive much courteous customer service (although the same check out lady is very friendly and helpful each time. She is just as regular to the checkout each time I go.)
Today I was nearly taken back. I believe her name was Sandy, and not only did she ask if I was finding everything ok, (which I usually have to hunt for things myself) but she went above that. I have spent 20+ years in customer service, and I realize its ups and downs. Sandy, was a shining example of seeing my level of service. Its rare to find these days. I showed Sandy my list, and she made sure everything on that list was found. Walked me to each item, knew exactly where each item was, and where it could be found; NO HUNTING this time around. I was very, very impressed to receive this level of customer care. Sandy was very pleasant and made my experience much simpler, which on that day, time mattered to me, and I was in and out within minutes (rather than the usual hunting episodes I deal with the at the Independence store) Thank you very much Sandy, I really appreciate your commitment to customer service.

I went to this location today for school supplies and to print my son's homework packet, since they're out until further notice. Trevor and Jackie in the copy center area were more than helpful. Very attentive and quick!!. I needed help with a PDF and they were more than patient and went above and beyond what I expected from customer service! Thank you for your help and your great attitudes especially during this frustrating time. Much appreciated!

Well . . . lots of office / business stuff, pretty much exactly what you would expect from a place like this.

Needed help with printing brochures and Jonah was an extreme help! He knew what he was doing and got me to where I needed to be. He talked me into doing color vs black and white. He was right. Glad I did. Little pricey but worth it! Thanks Jonah!! Will be back.

Hailey the Operations Manager was so easy to work with and so quick to finish my print jobs. Would recommend to any professionals!

I use Staples for most of our office supplies, printing and last minute items needed for our store. You're always greeted, they have associates around the store to help you find what you need, and their printing services department has always met my needs and surpassed my expectations. I even get great deals with their rewards & ink cartridge recycling programs. (and I've spent some time shopping around on ink)

Discovered Staples on a business trip to Boston just before they came to Springfield. If you like to pay more, get less value on sales and bargains ...go to the other places. My time is too valuable to waste it shopping elsewhere. That simple! Dr. John Vaughan.
