Mrs. Mercy has been braiding my daughters hair for over 2 years now. She does such a great job, the way she braids they last a good long time. I visited DD braids for the first time this morning and had a very enjoyable experience. DD was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. With precision she braided my hair the way that I like, she is Fast and the experience was comfortable. The price was fair and the boutique had so many beautiful things to numerous to mention. I met with Ms. DD the day before my service, which I am more than happy about because she was able to assist me in getting the right products for my hair. Which I did not. The next day, I had the right hair. She was ready on time. She has excellent customer service, the service environment was clean and sanitized. Not only can you get your hair braided, but she as so many other things that you will want to purchase on your way out the door. I finally found a braided that I am comfortable with.

I absolutely LOVE my braids. She really did an amazing job and it came out way better than I expected. Her customer service is great and she is the sweetest. I'd recommend showing her exactly what you want and be specific about how long you want your braids to be so there is no confusion on pricing.

Made the appointment and showed up maybe 5 mins early. She was INSTANTLY ready for me. We talked about the cornrows and her recommendation. She was very quick and they came out near. She made great conversation and made me feel comfortable. 100% would recommend.

Miss DD was very welcoming to me and my family. Her pros SA were reasonable and she worked to fit us into her busy schedule on a way that accommodates me and my two school-age kids. Very satisfied with the braids and her treatment of my hair in the process.

We were walking by admiring the beautiful clothes displayed in the window, and my 11 year old said, I really want to get my hair braided. As soon as we walked in with no appointment, the owner greeted us, and agreed to braid my daughters hair.

My daughters braids lasted three weeks, I was surprised how long the braids stayed fresh, and how little hair loss after we took them out!

The owner is super friendly, and sweet, she understood my 3 year old was jealous of her older sister getting her hair braided, so she pretended to do my three year olds hair too, then gave her a beautiful necklace. My three year was happy too.
