Scott was very helpful and made our buying experience smooth and fast! We were able to purchase a mattress within 30 minutes. They got our mattress within 2 days and contacted me soon as they received it. They carefully loaded it into my car and we are ready to enjoy our sleep! They also offer a 4 month exchange warranty policy.

This is my second experience with Croft. They are phenomenal in customer service, price and quality of product.
This purchase was for my son. He struggles with back and neck pain from an injury. The sales man spent much time with us. They do this thing where they have u lay on several mattresses, with a pillow-complete with clean pillow case, to ensure enlignment of the spine, hips, and neck. They even ensured us it had nothing to do with weight. They told us it was about density of ones body.
So the best mattress for my son was NOT the most expensive. They encouraged us to get the one that was best suited for his body. Now that's no pressure salesmanship!
Both experiences with this locally owned company have been above and beyond. Both times they have given us a deal we can't refuse!
