I just wanted to take the time to go ahead and share our wonderful experience. This place is is just a God Send! Absolutely having no idea what we were getting into (my son and I) from the front desk to management, we were just treated with respect all around. I'm terrible with names, the awesome guy that saw my son and fitted him was just super helpful. He does run the place so he not only saw my son as a patient but helped get his braces customized too. He explained everything to me and answered every question I had to put my mind at ease. He has the patience of a saint lol because my son was not having it. The appointments were not rushed at all and done on my sons timing which really helped us both out a lot. The work is incredible too and I would definitely recommend HITEK to be your place of preference. I'm so glad we chose this office because the entire experience was great and the braces were made rather quickly even. Thanks for helping us out HITEK.
