My Orthodontist (Roanoke Rapids location)... I do not have enough words to describe how pleased we are with ALL the Staff and Dr.
They are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful- they go out of the way to make sure you/child has a wonderful experience... even when you just left and had to come back because another bite blocker fell off, yes they took my daughter directly back and did the blocker
again❣

Our 1st experience was awesome, my daughter was able to ask questions about the procedure and defuse myths about braces. My daughter has been quite nervous about this journey. The staff was awesome and although my daughter jaw has not finish growing we enjoyed the hygienist, we didn't get her name but we talked about her dogs(husky and lab owner). Until the next time!!!!

First experience, LOVE the staff!!! I couldn’t understand why I had to travel so far out but so glad I did. They were very professional and extremely informative. My son was a little nervous upon meeting them but by the end of the visit he was ready to come back. Even though he’s not quite ready for braces, I look forward to seeing them again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for everything.

Office staff is truly the best! Very efficient with great customer service. I have 2 children who receive services here and they know them by face. When we walk in, we don’t have to say a word. They automatically check us in. Techs are friendly and efficient as well. Doctors are knowledgeable. Overall great Orthodontist! I’m a stickler for good hospitality and customer service, and this team is top notch! Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The visit was great. I didn’t have to wait forever in the waiting room. I was greeted by the entire staff. Everyone I spoke with was so knowledgeable. The pricing was amazing. My exam was simple. I have terrible teeth and I didn’t feel judged not once. The orthodontist didn’t give a quick treatment plan she actually thought on it to ensure it was the best route for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love their customer service, what ever time your appointment is that’s exactly what time you will be seen, they are very good at communicating, haven’t had a problem with them yet !
