I have been coming to Nail Concept for so many many many years! I keep coming back because the customer service is so Great! I'm a nurse so my legs are Always tired and my hands as well and in need of a lot of pampering!! Nail Concept and each of the nail specialists that have taken care of me over the last more than 20 years have Always been extremely professional and very kind!! I Always leave feeling so much better than when. I arrived!!! Thanks for Always going that extra mile Nail Concept! Your commitment to excellent customer service does NOT go unnoticed!! That's why I'm still a very loyal customer after all of these years!! ( The other really Great thing is many of the same people I see each time I visit!! I don't get in quite as often as I would like too as I'm the very busy mom of triplets but I certainly go every chance I get and will be coming on Tuesday of next week if all goes as I'm planning!! See you soon for some wonderful pampering!! My feet are in Great need Hands too and spirit!!!❤❤❤

I had such a great experience here! I was getting tires put on around the corner, so I decided to wander around and found this place. My technician was very thorough with my SNS and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be recommending them and coming back again!

Visited nail concept for the first time this evening and it was a great experience. David did my pedicure and did an excellent job. Haven’t had a pedi I was this pleased with in years. It’s less than a mile from my house and will be my go to nail salon from here on out. Thank you!!

I have been coming to Nail Concepts since they were located by Kroger. The nail techs are always professional.. want to please you, make you comfortable, and get you to relax. I've always been happy with their service. They go above and beyond.

Nice staff, quick and effective. Got a manicure and a SNS full set. Got a bit of a tip but they made them look super natural.
