A lot of the times when I go in I don't know her name but she is very rude and I do not plan on going anymore today was the last straw I even tried speaking to her and she was rude

First few times I went up there the experience was decent. But the this last time has made it to where I will never go back up there again. I bought a vape from there that did not work at all so I tried to call multiple times nobody would answer. I proceeded to drive back up there to let the lady know that the vape did not work she told me I should have opened it and tried it before I left the building because it’s “policy”. If that’s their policy she should have mentioned it to me. So at the end of the day I practically gave them 15 dollars and I wasted two trips to go there.
