The worst I can never get in contact with Dane. He was appointed to me for a simple traffic case I was given 12 months probation if I didn’t get anymore citations or into any trouble for 6 months I could get early termination. With that being said after the court date I didn’t hear anything back from him tried to contact him via texts email several calls and voicemails. No biggie I just did my probation reported as I was told , completed defensive driving course and everything asked by courts months before my six months. When it came up on 6 months I contacted Dane garland to request early termination from courts because I was told my attorney would have to request it. Still no calls texts or nothing even today in November it’s been a year and after all my abiding and completions I get email that my probation getting canceled unsuccessfully due to garlands negligence. Run as fast as you can if you’re appointed him or considering retaining him. Bad business. Poor customer service. Now after all my hard work I am facing being arrested and he still won’t answer of course he don’t care to get me early termination because he’s paid for as long as I’m on probation but this in inhumane inconsiderate and just harsh. My next steps are contacting the BBB because no one deserves this and i hope I can help or save someone else from going through this nightmare .

He is unresponsive, always on leave, and leaves his clients to deal with bench warrants because of his lack of communication. I hired another attorney for my relative and the new attorney I hired had the bench warrant lifted within an hour and got my relative out of jail the same day. I'm still waiting for this guy to call me back 4 days later, but no need because someone else delivered on what he could not.

Dane was not prepared for the case at all.He did very little research prior to the hearing.Needless to say it was a very unfavorable outcome.He is about money only and not your life.Please look somewhere else if you need proper representation.
