Andrew Newell: Allstate Insurance

Andrew is an agent who cares about you the customer. He helped me save some serious money on my homeowners and auto insurance. My previous provider was less than helpful when it came to finding a better rate because of a clean driving record and minimal claims at home. I highly recommend his agency.

Mr. Newell has been very responsive, and he cares about his clients as people. I'm pleased with the discounts and coverage available to me through Allstate. I've not had to file any claims thus far, so can't speak to that part of this service, but so far I've been happy with my coverage and Mr. Newell's office's response. Thank you.

I ALWAYS have issues getting these guys on the phone. I think I've called a dozen or more times in the past couple months to add a homeowners policy and deal with a claim. Every single time it goes straight to voicemail. Very frustrating with time sensitive issues.

But other than that, I eventually get to someone. So I guess 3/5 is fair?

Never ever returns calls or emails. So bad that we are trying to buy a new house and my loan officer had to contact me saying they can’t ever get ahold of him and they didn’t know what to do. I can’t secure financing without a quote and almost had to delay closing because of it.

Maybe I will be able to change this review but he never returns phone calls or email messages. Wish I had the good experience some of you have had. Got great prices and saved money but then kept getting new bills in the mail increasing my auto insurance. Called, emailed and texted but never get a response. We will see what happens

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They don’t only do not answer their phone it’s set up to go directly to a voicemailmailbox that gives no response. Had issues both with homeowners insurance and auto insurance. And have never been able to get anybody on the phone from this agency. Don’t know how Andrew Newell can represent Allstate . Have filed formal complaints and still no response!!!
