I am very satisfied with this law office. The lady’s in the office are very sweet. There was never a time I couldn’t get a response. They respond very quickly and communicate well. They are good Lawyers. They do the best they can with what you give them to work with. Their office staff is friendly, they are as well. They are priced mid-range, not cheap and not outrageous either. I have used them twice. Most bad reviews on here are from people who didn't get what they want. It's Law..... It's the nature of it. Some people don't understand how complicated it can be. You pay them for legal representation and that's exactly what you get.....nobody knows outcome. They are flexible with payments and money. I have never been hounded or even received a single call if I needed a few days. Good people! I recommend them!

While my case is complicated and still ongoing , I wanted to take a moment to write a excellent review for Mr. Heath and Ms. Duke. I hired this firm for a complicated matter and thus far have promptly delivered on all we discussed ( we did not expect it to be an easy case) . I am happy to have this firm working with me. Their fees are reasonable given the nature of the matter we have. The office staff is friendly and responds promptly to all my questions. If i could give more stars I would.

They are so great!!! Very courteous and professional. They got me in physical therapy immediately and paid for it up front.they were focused on my health and welfare not money lime most.They really do genuinely care about people and are always so helpful.I have had very bad experiences with lawyers but dealing with Duke& Heath has been the best experience I've had.I will only use them for any legal needs the rest of my life and would recommend them to anyone for personal injury as well as their criminal legal needs.They will fight for you 100%.

I retained Tim Heath on behalf of my sister for a criminal allegation. I am located out of state, and my sister was in custody. Upon relaying the facts of the case and retaining his representation he immediately went to work to represent my sister’s interests. The next day ( due to after hours) she was released from custody first thing when courts opened. As the case progressed the state was seeking a 1year sentence. After intense negotiations between Tim and the prosecutor the end result was the state dropped the charges. To people reading this, there is a difference between a lawyer and an intense advocate, and Tim is both. And To Tim, thank you for treating and defending my sister as your own sister.

It is difficult to put into words the amount of gratitude and respect, I have for Duke and Heath Law Firm. All hands were on deck for a long awaited divorce jury trial (yes, that is a thing in GA) and although it was a grueling three days, the level of support, professionalism, and expertise was unmatched. The whole team, Georgia, Mallory, Mr. Heath and Ms. Duke along with many background players were absolutely amazing.
The collaboration between the team, including myself, brought forward a sense of peace which has been four years in the making. Desiree Duke, was brilliant and better in trial than any scripted actor betrayal of a lawyer on television.
