Dr. Wezyann A. Gayle, MD

I am a senior citizen and one of those people that hate to make changes in my healthcare provider. I finally had to make the change to make sure as a senior that, I receive the care I needed and not just based on my age but as a person.
However, the search for a new provider was not easy as I contacted about 10 providers before I was able to get an appointment Dr. Gayle. My first contact with the office was pleasant professional and helpful. My first visit with Dr. Gayle, confirmed that I had found the right healthcare provider. Dr. Gayle took the time to listen to me and allowed me to ask questions and assured me that I could ask questions and receive answers based on my concerns. My return visit for my annual physical was with a professional staff that was friendly, caring and supportive in making me feel comfortable and safe.
I am grateful that I now have a physician that I feel sees me as a person/patient.
We needed more I know like her and her staff.

Dr. Gayle and her staff are 10 out of 10. First of all I am 67 years old and have seen several doctors. She is the best.
Dr. Gayle always really listens to me and does not rush or interrupt me. She very informative and recommends specialist if needed. I have been seeing her for many years.
Her staff is always polite and will help you without an attitude or frustration.
This office makes you feel so connected with them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gayle for many years. I really like her as a physician. However her office really sucks. I have always made appointments, always arrived early and ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT FOREVER. SOMETIIMES AS MUCH AS AN HOUR. BUT I STILL RETURN BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE DR GAYLE. HOWEVER IT HAS BEEN NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET APPOINTMENTS LATELY HELL MOST OF THE TIME TGEY DO T ANSWER THE OHINE OR CALL YOU BACK. I AM SICK RIGHT NOW HACE BEEN FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. FINALLY TALKED TO OFFICE STAFF THEY SAID TO COME IN AS WALK IN TODAY. I GET THERE AT 8:30 ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY FOUND OUT LAST NIGHT DR FATLE WOULDNT BE IN UNTIL SOMETIME AFTER 10. Yes I was upset I am sick and it was all I could do to make it to the office. I then called to ask for something to be called In since I am sick only to be rudely interrupted by person on the phone who yelled at me and was extremely rude. Needless to say I will be finding a new primary care physician. One that shows up and one that gets there on time with hopefully someone more pleasant in the front office.
