Changed insurance Allstate has better rates by far Pleasant experience with agent.

The staff at Nolan Allstate are all awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the right policy for your needs. They don't try to sell you something you don't need like some other insurance companies do. Always courteous and helpful. Never had any issues since I've been with them. I would 100% recommend this Allstate team. If your looking for insurance look no further. Oh and no I'm not being paid to say this and I'm not employed by Nolan Allstate either. Just giving it to you straight.

I used to be with another Allstate agent, and the experiences between that previous one and this one are night and day. I literally was contemplating leaving them to go to a different insurance provider and also, was possibly considering drastic action up to and including litigation because I had come to find out that the office that I was previously under was deliberately overcharging me for my insurance. And had Jacquelyn not not been able remedy that and been such a pleasure to deal with I would have left and spoke in depth with my lawyer about my experiences with this situation and the possible mishandling of our agreements with allstate along with discriminatory practices by the other agent. However Miss Nolan here has been, as I mentioned previously, great to work with, she's been very helpful and attentive, drastically lowered my rates without sacrificing the coverage itself and the level of coverage that I had. And when I discovered the other agent lost their office, I was more than ecstatic about that.

This review is a pleasure to write. I used Allstate insurance in Florida and when we moved to Missouri our Florida agent set us up with the Allstate office of Jacquelyn Nolan. What a pleasant experience the transition to Missouri was thanks to Jaquelyn Nolan and Amanda Lowery. They took care of everything with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend the Jacquelyn Nolan Allstate agency for all of your insurance needs. Jacquelyn Nolan All-State Agency was able to find the best deal for me w out any hassle. I just had to provide the information and my signature. My rates have remained the same at each renewal. This was a blessing since my account were going up everytime I needed to renew my policy w my previous ins provider.
