I am extremely happy & greatful with Fred from UltraCar Insurance. I would recommend him & this company to anybody & everybody!!! I just bought a vehicle a couple of days ago & I really wanted to drive it right after I bought it, but I don't get paid until the 3rd of the month so I thought I was going to have to wait until June 3rd to drive it unless I could find someone to borrow me the money until I get paid. So, I called Fred & asked him if he could put the car on my SR22 Non-Owner Insurance Policy & just hold it there because if I could find someone to borrow me the money & it was after hours, I wanted to be able to pay it right away so I could drive it. And he told me he would be able to insure my car today, as long as I made the payment before 30 days!!!! I was shocked & so very grateful!!! Thanks Fred!!!

Fred is the man. He walked me through everything and hooked me up with my forms on the same night. Definitely helped me to alleviate some stress after my insurance provider led me on for over two weeks. Hopefully you never have to be in contact with Fred but he's got you if you do.

I want to start off by saying I moved from Ohio to Florida in August and trying to get insurance that will file an SR-22 in Ohio with me being in Florida has been an absolute nightmare. I have been mislead by two insurance companies and I have been absolutely frustrated trying to do the right thing. I found UltraCar insurance online and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie for my quote. She has been an absolute blessing to me and is now my favorite person. She understood my frustration and was upfront and kind with me every single step of the way. Informed me that yes they could file cross state SR-22's and that she would be more than happy to help me. She explained every step to me in detail and made this process so u stressful when all I've experienced was stress and disappointment. Whatever you are paying her needs to be doubled. You now have a customer for life!

Fred from Ultra responded to my Non-owner FR44 quote request promptly and with a price significantly lower than the other quotes I received. I was ready to get started ASAP, but after looking me up in the system, Fred advised me to go to my local Department of Motor Vehicles first, and find out exactly what is required for me to get my license back, because he did not see a case number on file and my license status said "Cancelled", rather than "Suspended". Fred explained that the FR44 insurance is non-cancellable, so I would be stuck paying for 6 months of coverage that I may or may not actually need. Or that there may be more involved with getting my license back, or steps to take prior to obtaining the FR44, so better to be safe than sorry. Long story longer- I got a ride to the DMV a few days later, and found out that I needed to re-take the written exam part of the driving test because it had been 5 years since I had an active driver's license. If I were to fail the test, I would have to return on another day. I passed the test and then asked the girl if I could come back with proof of FR44 certification to start completing the two and a half years of coverage I had left of the original 3 years I was sentenced to after my DUI, and in turn get my license back. I had always been under the impression that this would be hanging over my head until I had completed 3 years of carrying the FR44 insurance even if it took the rest of my life...
So you can imagine my shock and elation upon hearing the girl tell me that no, my case had expired and I no longer needed to do that. I walked out of the DMV with a Driver's License, feeling relieved that I would be saving money and hassle. And I had Fred to thank for it!!! Rather than sell me a policy I may not need, he looked out for my best interest. Fred's ethical behavior and honesty were quite refreshing, and if that is a reflection of UltraCar Insurance as a whole, I strongly recommend them!

Fast, Efficient and very helpful. I was seeking a SR22 to be submitted to a BMV from my previous state of residence. Fred was very helpful and helped me complete the documents and get coverage in about 30 minutes. The documentation was submitted the same day and my requirements were cleared up in 48 hours. I have to say I am very pleased with Freds help and the services that were provided. I would definitely recommend. Much appreciated Fred!!!!!!
