Malorie has been AMAZING! We have been with our other agency for over 15 years and were very nervous to switch. We started looking around because our rate just kept going up and up with no notice at all. Malorie was absolutely phenomenal! I placed one call and she took care of EVERYTHING else including giving a comparison of my old policy vs considerations to make the best decision. Her service was personable, professional, and very responsive. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends. I even asked for an updated quote on future business opportunities. Stanley's customer service was an A+. He was able to walk me through a number of quotes trying to find the one that fit my needs the best. he listened to what I had to say and did not try to over sale me on coverage I did not need. My communication with Stanley was over a couple of days and every time it seemed that we picked up where the previous conversation ended.
