My first visit in late July early August 2023 was very pleasant and hospitable. Received proper exams and a dental plan for what I am calling my restorative care plan.

Both my husband and I went to Dr, Nelson. My husband was very nervous because of a previous bad experience as a child so he is very picky. The Comfort Dental Staff took really good care of both of us. The hygienist we excellent and Dr. Nelson explained everything to our understanding. The really made us COMFORTABLE...the name really suits them. We have recommended the to our friends and family.

I have been a federal manager for the past 15 years, and I have NEVER encountered a more unprofessional group of people. Anything from the tone they take with clients, to the refusal to accurately process bills, to the refusal to release medical records, I fail to understand how they continue to operate. I would not send my worst enemy to this dentist.

Zero Stars, the worst possible service ever. The attitude from the individual upfront is beyond deplorable. Truly no regard for the customer. And to add insult to injury when addressing the issue I was met with ugliness and attitude from the young lady upfront.
