Publix Super Market at Grayson Village

It was great! The lady that helped me, at the deli, was very helpful. The front counter was low on the meats that I wanted, so she went into the fridge and got more to cut up.
I was able to get in and out quickly. The checkout lines were moving fast, so my wait was short.
If it's late and you need a few items, you might want to try this Publix, their friendly, helpful, and they'll get you on your way quickly.

This year I move my prescriptions to Public pharmacy and I couldn't be happier! The customer aervice is wonderful. I have more options when refilling and picking up or having my prescriptions delivered and I get them timely. They work quickly with my MD's on renewing my scripts as well! And it doesn't hurt that I can shop after pickup at the bakery and deli which are always delicious!

Kristian was very polite and even helped my grandmother. He didn’t even mind when she farted. In fact, I think he may have enjoyed it. No issues though. Grandma was kind of a freak back in the roaring twenties.

I stopped in for a quick visit to the deli and picked up some soft drinks. It was a great experience and everyone I interacted with was helpful.

I LOVE Publix at Grayson Village! I know they’re not the cheapest place to buy groceries,
but the clean, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere make it worth every penny.

Very friendly staff. Love the Pharnacy. I not only b get my prescriptions filled here but vaccines as well. Wesley is so helpful. Marcus gives painless injections.

So easy in and out for so close to Thanksgiving. They had what I was in need of, too!! Great Publix store.

Publix really does make shopping a pleasure. Always clean, well stocked, and the people are as nice as they come!

The Staff knows their specialty items they made that day, and the freshness is unbelievably delicious!

I wouldn't usually need to review my local grocery store, but I just had the most amazing time in the Deli. The sandwich was great as usual, but everyone was so friendly today! I wouldn't normally talk to other customers around me, but the worker, Mala, got a great conversation going!

I received great service as usual. Yesterday on 5/31, I stopped by the customer service desk to inquire about postal stamps. Verda was extremely helpful.and she offered to give me one of her postal stamps when I told her I didn't want to purchase a book of stamps. She returned with the stamp and an envelope. I certainly didn't expect that, but I'm glad she was there to help. Keep up the good work, Verda!!

Always try to come here. Super clean. Super friendly. Costs a bit more but worth it to me. Dont go after work, its a zoo.

I absolutely love my Publix store. The people are friendly and it is a really great shopping experience ❣ The produce is fresh and the BOGO deals are always really great❣

Nice and neat place to shop, clean and neat most of time I've visited. Nice people who really help me make my shopping easy sometimes. Sometimes it's crowded, but its a nice place to get some fresh veggies and vegan food.

I know it's overpriced on some items. Go when they have BOGO deals. Meat quality is the best. Really friendly folks without attitude! Switched to the pharmacy because the prices are so low compared to the drug store chains. Compare and see for yourself.

UPDATE: 8/31/23

Not sure what the management is doing but they need to take some training from their BEST employee GAVIN!!! Multiple times there have been long lines with very few registers open and Gavin, who was bagging groceries at the time just took charge, grabbed other employees to help as well as opened a new register to take the long lines down from irritated, waiting customers to happy customers walking out the door. I must be crazy to think that a Manager should be monitoring the lanes to make sure enough registers are open to help the long lines of waiting customers!!! Gavin should be managing the store much less training EVERYONE on how to provide AMAZING and FAST customer service!!!!!!!

This is my always and forever go to Publix location!! I'm literally in there 3-4 times a week for some thing or another. Whether it's a quick $10 purchase or a full out $200+ plus restocking type of shopping trip. It's super close to my house so obviously very convenient but it's also a great store. If it wasn't I would certainly have no problem going out of my way to go to another store that was better!! Luckily this location is AWESOME so I don't have to go anywhere else!! Also, I LOVE the Publix app! I can't even remember the last time I pulled out a card or cash to pay for anything!! I just scan with my phone and go!! Another super convenient thing that keeps me coming back to Publix time and again and most likely..... For life!!!
