Kroger

This is the supermarket I go to most. The location is easy to get in and out of, and there is lots of parking. The place is clean, well-stocked and organized. The people are friendly and helpful, and there always seems to be plenty of checkouts, both self and traditional. As with all Kroger’s the automated checkouts always seem to speak rudely, and act as if you are trying to steal :)

Every time I'm in Georgia visiting family, I always stop at Kroger, well stocked lots of specials. Looking forward to seeing them again before heading home.

You can always find what you need. It is also close to home for me. I also find that my prescriptions are reasonably priced.

Love the pick-up process. Super easy. The parking section for pick up could be marked better. There's always someone parked there who is not waiting for a pick-up order.

Very clean store very busy but good service

One of my favorite Kroger stores. It gets busy around lunch and the evening time but it's always great. The guy who works at the sushi counter is very nice and will make you special rolls or Chirashi bowls if you ask.

Caught some great sales...

The store is very clean. Everything was easy to find. And the cashier was absolutely wonderful.

My Grandson gave Me this flower bouquet the day before easter 4/16 today is 5/2 .They are still looking fresh. Kroger Greyson has the best flowers.

I am leaving this review specifically for Brendan who is outstanding in attention to detail, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service, very smart, is definitely kind and deserves to be acknowledged. He handled an issue on his own.

Running a busy customer service desk, multitasking with perfection with absolutely NO SITE OF OR HELP OR RESPONSE from the two apparent "managers" who suddenly after repeated calls showed up together...

Someone who is hiring....needs those hard to find qualities.....

Visited again in Grayson and the pharmacy staff was super speedy and kind with my questions. Thanks again.

Pharmacy- The ladies in the Pharmacy are helpful but today Yeti went above and beyond to assist me with an Insurance concern. She was patient and kind. I greatly appreciate her; especially in a time where adequate Customer Service is rare.

I like this one better than the Lawrenceville location they keep their parking lot and store clean and their employees are better here

Produce barkey pharmacy supplies dairy products meat deli and ailes

l love this Kroger, it always has my sale items in stock after the other stores in the vicinity have run out of them. They especially keep meats that are on sale well stocked and I really appreciate that. This is my " If all else fails" store that I know won't let me down when I need a particular Kroger sale item. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the store always clean.

The management (Patrick & someone whose name I didn’t get) and staff (Radiah & Ashley) of the Grayson Kroger were of tremendous help to us with a difficult circumstance we found ourselves in recently. Their professionalism and service are a great reflection on this Kroger location.

Great place, friendly people, and wonderful Deli department. The lady behind the counter was very awesome and even deep friend a batch of spicy wings just for me. Checkout was good and everyone was polite. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Very clean and well taken care of. Lots of help if you need it and the employees were very nice/kind. This is my Kroger. I love it and I will go back again and again. I've been going to them since they opened years ago.

Must say...trying to stay away from carbs but wanting Sushi, went to Sushi bar & young lady making them made us rolls with Tuna, Salmon & veggies! Special Delivery! She went above and beyond. Didnt get her name but I'm grateful for her!🍣

I love Kroger stores. They have a variety of dairy free items. I am allergic to milk and I can buy a variety of soy products from ice cream to daiya cheese t o mac and cheese. The people are always nice at this store.
