The best running store. My partner and I try to stop in whenever we are in Raleigh. It's always super welcoming, the staff is great and you can find shoes and apparel there you can't find in store anywhere else. Can't recommend Runologie enough

Really great store with super knowledgeable and attentive staff. I was lucky enough to walk in on the day Ethan was working who helped fit me with a pair of shoes I normally wouldn’t have looked into and so glad I got them with his help. Also a very cool coffee shop here as well within the store so it’s a great hub. The running club they run out of here is also very vibrant too: organising cool events and meeting regularly. One of a kind running shop and well worth visiting and getting a new set of “wheels” from.

I am grateful to Chalen who very patiently helped me out to find the perfect shoe for my feet. She is pleasant and informative. The person who owns the place guided to me a great pair of shoes that works for my feet 2 years ago. I did go to other places and ended up coming back here.Thank you Chalen for your kindness! Plus the aroma of coffee in the space next to the shoes was wonderful.

A prime example of how small stores are far better than any corporation no matter how much they market themselves as such. I had an adjustment to an order, a day after placing the initial one but before it shipped. Alex accommodated it ASAP. As it turns out, there was a mix up with my order upon delivery. We communicated and triple checked. Since the item was no longer in stock, he direct ordered from the vendor immediately. That's what customer service is about. Creating a positive experience rather than focusing on revenue. Keep it up, Runologie!

Fantastic selection of the latest gear from a knowledgeable staff. Alex and his team go above and beyond to educate you on what you need and how to use it properly. You can tell that they truly care about helping you achieve your goals. I have participated in several of their races and community events and they are always a good time! Highly recommend!

Emilio was a huge help. His approach to sales is top notch: laid back and professional. He was honest in his assessment and did not push the most expensive shoe but he encouraged the RIGHT shoe. I’d recommend this store to anyone who needs a great running shoe and wants the best purchasing experience they’ve ever had.

Bought a pair of Nike Air Zoom Alphafly's today and Alex was great. He gave me some good pros and cons to the shoe, and let take them for a test run. I appreciate the attention to detail from Alex!

Great little shop. I stopped by to get some advice about shoes and Cory took about an hour of his time to help me figure out my true size, my stability, and what I need in a shoe. He had me try four different brands and went above and beyond helping a beginner navigate the many options.

Might not be the best if you’re in a rush. But why rush the process? Slow down and enjoy the shop and the coffee. This is the place to go for your running needs.

I had the best experience here in search of a new pair of running shoes. They have a large selection and attentive staff. The person who helped was very knowledgeable and thoughtful! He first watched my step/gait before presenting a variety of different options for me to try on. I was never rushed and was given ample time to compare shoes before making my purchase.

Highly reommend! Super friendly locally owned business that sponsors local athletes. Went in for picking a shoe and got to try a large variety and got recommendations from very knowledgeable staff

This was my first time getting running shoes and I wasn't disappointed! I wish I could remember the staff member's name who helped me but he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect pair! I had to bring my 6 and 4 year old with me and he let them open my boxes and showed them where the chalk was so they wouldn't be bored. Will definitely be going back for all my running needs!

Great customer service. My wife and I were shopping for some new running shoes and got a ton of help from the owner and staff. They let us try on multiple pair and were patient with us. We love supporting local business, and supporting these guys was one of the easiest decisions we have made. Great experience. Will be back.

Erik and I went to Runolgie a few years back and again today. Both times we had a great experience with the staff with help getting properly fitted with some good running shoes. Today we met with Alex and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the shoes they have to offer. He had us walk as he watched our gait then recommended several shoes that we tried on until we found our perfect shoe. We will definitely come back when it is time for a replacement pair! I had a great experience buying running shoes here! The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took time to let me try on several pairs of shoes, run in them outside (even though it was rainy and I'm sure I got the shoes dirty!), and helped me understand the difference between what they offered. The selection of shoes was small but fit my needs. Parking was easy on Saturday morning, but could be harder in busy weekday traffic.

Stopped in unexpectedly after the store caught my eye to check out some training shoes and get some feedback on my current trainers. My initial response walking into the store was, WOW, this place is not the average running store I visit. The merchandise, shoes and apparel looked amazing, I apologized to my friend and said, I’m going to be a minute.
Right away, Cory asked me how I liked the Nike Pegasus Turbo I walked in with and we talked pros & cons of several Nike racers & trainers. I didn’t know he worked at Runologie until 5 minutes into our running junkie conversation.
The prices were spot on, great selection and the store is a must visit for beginning runners, causal runners & the hardcore running geeks like myself.
Major props to their staff & welcoming atmosphere. I ended up at the store for over an hour and Cory has to be one of the most knowledgeable folks I’ve ever talked with about shoes, places to run & overall running knowledge. Many thanks for an outstanding experience, this will be my go to shop in the future.

I ordered clothing online and had an issue with my order and Alex was extremely prompt and amazing with his customer service and fixed the issue immediately. I cannot speak highly enough about the importance of customer service and they treat you right here. Excellent people and an excellent store!

This is the best local running store. I was fitted with the fancy foot reader at fleet feet years ago and got the most uncomfortable pair of shoes. Runologie knows their stuff! Shop local and try this place for all your running needs.

We went to Runologie for the first time this past Saturday for my daughters track spikes.
The service and patience 🙂of Myles Pringle was above and beyond. My daughter is a cross country runner and will be running track for the first time this year, so going from a XC spike or running shoe to a track spike was new to me (the mom with a million questions lol) Myles took his time answered my questions fitted my daughter AND we learned a little about him and his story!

Great local running shop. They give you great customer service and they cost less than the big box retailer. They watch you walk before suggesting any shoes. They watch you walk in shoes they recommend until they find a great fit. We were willing to pay a premium to support a local business but we did not have to.

I’ve bought several pairs of run shoes from here now and I’ve always enjoyed the experience and the knowledge these guys have. They always seem to point me in the right direction. Plus I definitely enjoy supporting a local business.
