Regal North Hills

I visited her last night for the first time. I did a 10:30pm showing of "One Love" solo and it was great! I had a small popcorn and a small drink to accompany my movie. The popcorn was a little stale the further I dug into my bag but it was tasty and hot to start. My seat was preselected and in the perfect spot. The theatre was clean, no odord and reclining leather seats were very comfortable. I will definitely be back to this location.

I went to go see Kung Fu Panda 4 with my friend today! Staff was very helpful and friendly at the concessions stand. We had some trouble scanning our tickets at first, but the staff at the concessions stand were so nice and helpful helping us with printing our tickets. :) The theater and bathrooms were very clean. My friend and I had an amazing outing! The movie was awesome and we enjoyed it. :)

Went there to watch Five Nights At Freddy's, the staff was a bit sarcastic but friendly but the security was really helpful and friendly. Even opened the doors for us when we went in and out of the place.
It's really pretty on the outside outlet as well as inside the theatre

I came to see the OG Exorcist with some friends & we had a blast. The entire staff was friendly, but special shout out to Chris. He came in to clean after the show as we were walking out, but then a behind the scenes of the movie started playing so we watched it together. He's a genre fan & we had a great conversation about Georgetown & he encouraged us to come back to see the new release. Great customer service. We will be back because of the staff!

For a theater that doesn't serve alcohol or have oversized recliner seats, it's still a nice theater with a very friendly and helpful staff.

It's conveniently located in North Hills and there are lots of other stores, shops and boutiques in the area to check out as you wait for your movie. I recommend Starbucks or Ben & Jerry's.

If you haven't tried out Movie Pass I suggest you Google it!!!

Love this theater but do yourself a favor and never buy front row seats. You can't full recline so you have to deal with trying to lean to the side to see the full view + it's a bit of a curved screen so gets distorted if you're not center. But second row and back is a great experience. We just saw Meg 2 in 3D and that was amazing.

We were so close to the screen I had seat reclined back to see . Staff was friendly and manager apologized for inconvenience. The Chosen was good .

Took my son here for the first time to see Friday night at Freddy’s. Enjoyed the movie, along with the theater being very clean as well. Would come back to this one.

I went to see the color purple and I had an amazing time on my birthday.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. Great place to watch with family. Restroom are clean, friendly staff and comfortable recline seat. Reasonably priced concession.

Enjoyed a movie at Regal. Good popcorn not as much little bits. Eateries around the theater is nice bonus. Clean restroom!

I don’t know who reads this, but this is regarding the staff. I took my kids to a pair of movies over the weekend and with your staff being shorthanded and overwhelmed they did a great job with customers. Customers who stand on the wrong line, tapping their finger nails, hands or a credit card on the counter to get service when it is their own fault they are standing in the wrong place. I listened to customers treat your staff rudely unnecessarily and they handled themselves well. I don’t know how people complain about popcorn being made all the time and it not being fresh, maybe customers exercising patients could go a long way. Overall the place was pretty well-kept and clean. Customers also don’t realize the staff doesn’t make the deliveries and complained to the wrong people about the lack of candy or certain drinks running out. The customer can easily just pick another drink and be clear about their order instead of making the staff guess what the customer wants trying to make the staff jump through hoops. Two kids and two movies so I was at the concessions a lot and witnessed all this nonsense. They work hard, maybe you should let them except tips because I was told I could not tip for my service received. The two men and two women (I can say that because I am uncancelable) that helped me worked wonders and keeping the line moving under such unnecessary pressure, they deserve better. And I just wanted to let them know they did a great job with my family this weekend. AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!!!!!!!

Clean, fun, affordable, comfortable, and safe.

Enjoyed the Color Purple. Had fun with the two guys sitting with us on the back row. Lots of laughs and tears.

Reclining seats were awesome! I was also totally impressed with the down-to-earth friendliness of ALL of the staff; from the
>person scanning our barcode at the front door,
>to the concession's staff,
>to the young man waiting for everyone to leave so he could clean the theatre after the movie,
>to the security guard as we left...
ALL acknowledged our existence, greeted us and treated us like we mattered as customers.
Excellent, Excellent and so Refreshing!!!!
And, the prices on concessions were less than other theaters we have been to recently.

I love going to the movie theater and this location in particular is my favorite. It's always clean, seats are very comfortable, seating is stadium-like and theaters are not too big or too small. They always have the latest movies and at the concession the popcorn is fresh, or you can request a fresh batch. What's not to like? You can purchase your tickets ahead of time and then walk around the mall or wait at the theater, your choice.

I haven't been to the movies in forever. I absolutely love the recliners and room there is at the cinema now! I brought my grandson and we watched the new Minion movie.
