Cambridge Downs Apartment Homes

I have been living at the Cambridge Downs Apartments since October. The few maintenance issues I have had were resolved almost instantly after I put in the work order request. I had major issues with my refrigerator and when it couldn’t be fixed the office was able to replace my refrigerator with a new one. It is a great feeling to know that I am getting the best customer service possible. When you pay for a place to live you expect for things to get handled. It is a very peaceful and safe environment. The staff is amazing, office and maintenance team! They are always compassionate and helpful. Cambridge Downs thank you for providing good customer service !

This is an excellent place to live! The grounds are always well maintained. All my friends have commented how nice the place looks. Maintenance always takes care of any problem I have from changing a light bulb to replacing a water heater. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and respectful. It's located close to excellent schools, (my daughter's school, which is rated the best elementary school in Gwinnett county is only 4 minutes away) shopping and restaurants, but, it is still quiet and secure. I also love that my church is only 5 minutes away. You want find a better place or price in Gwinnett county.

Good location but things could be better such as allowing access to the gym after office hours. Overall not a bad place to live, but the rent is high considering the types of apartments there.

Seems to be Weil kept. No signs to navigate to apartment buildings.

Our toilet has spontaneously overflowed 3 times in the last 2-3 months. The 2nd time they never even showed up to fix it, so I had to figure it out myself. The third time it took hours even though we called the “emergency” line. Bugs are a constant issue no matter how much we clean and spray. We called to have them come repair our oven door because the handle broke off, again they never showed up. We’re expected to pay rent on time but have to deal with this nonsense on a regular basis. It’s become a surprise if they show up within an hour or two.

Terrible place been there 2 years decided I wanted to move thing was not working out for the end of my lease went and ask they said no you got to vacate after paying my rent on time every month no owe. They are very money hungry no courtesy at all. When moving put stuff in garbage even you pay garbage in rent they want you to pay to throw out stuff u don't want when moving. Not kids friendly have cop that harasses black teenagers alway thinking the worst of them they cannot get a break. Mildew windows, walls, closet, ceiling etc they cant do nothing about it

A second police station for Loganville. the police are there constantly. Infested with wild cats. outside walls are poorly insulated. The closets especially. The closets are like a refrigerator in the winter and a sauna in the summer. your utility bill is going to take a big hit. if this is not your only option, my advice would be to to strongly look else where
