You have to try this place! It’s a hidden gem- $10 for the huge vegetarian platter that was incredibly delicious, like 2 meals worth. The waitress was lovely and seemed really happy we were there. She told us the bread was handmade by her abs organic, and showed us the correct way to eat. Super fun experience, definitely stop by!

Awww, this is a jewel to happen to find and go to see what the food was like. If Ethiopian is on your palette then stop and be invited to that culture of hospitality. ❤ Ms. Elsa is sweet and kind. Her love ❤ is put in every dish!!! I have tried other Ethiopian restaurants, but non quit with her hands of love in each dish. You know that is good when you close your eyes and smile😊. I give her 👍🏽👍🏽 and would give more if I had more hands, Lol!!!

VERY pleasant experience. Elsa took care of me and had such a warm and familiar spirit, almost like I was a daughter or niece of hers. Oh, the food? Well seasoned, nice portions and at a great price. Will be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely excellent experience! I came because of the great reviews & wasn’t disappointed. Elsa is INCREDIBLE & such a sweet lady. She taught me how to eat the authentic Eritrean food, told me about her country, and prepared the traditional tea in front of me. I felt like we were family ❤ It’s clean, cozy, and the food is delicious. Don’t wait - just come here!

A local café that specializes in Eritrean-inspired dishes and espresso. Private rooms are great for small parties and workspace meetings. Friendly staff welcome you back each time.

The veggie plate is always delicious and the lady that takes your order and prepares the food is always so sweet. I've been ordering take out from here for a year or two. Large servings and always hits the spot 😍

We loved this meal! The injera was delicious and so was the GINGER coffee!

Fantastic food! The server recommended what turned out to be huge sampler platter. The saucy chicken was delicious! The okra dish & beef servings were also very good. I don’t normally like lentils, but the mental serving was good too.

Quiet restaurant, very much hole in the wall and unassuming. My food was prepared fresh, fairly quickly, and it came with lots of injera. I ordered the vegetarian platter which came out to around $12, and it was delicious. The injera was a bit too sour for my liking, but in total the meal was good and the head of the restaurant was nice.

Lampadina is my favorite place to enjoy kicha fitfit and quarenti shahi prepared by elsa.a great spot to hang out with friends,watch sports , even tho it’s cafe but they prepare food as well. Don’t expect to be treated as a king or queen,it’s not that they don’t want but it’s coz they see you as you are a friend. Both biniam and Elsa are down to the earth.mention my name that way I get treated well next time I go there,God bless you and your ,God bless our beautiful country !

Veg injera was good . The quantity was large for a single person, with one order 2 person can eat .

I went in there looking for an internet cafe but turns out they have great food and the lady treated me like I was her sister I mean no surprise she was Eritrean they are good people.

They have nice Coffee and convenient to meet with Friends as well !!!
