Georgia Rooter Services initially missed the mark with me. However, after seeing my original Google review regarding a no call, no show, the owner contacted me to ascertain the situation then subsequently dispatched a technician within 70 minutes to assess my (malfunctioning) water heater. Alex was the consummate professional. He was polite, considerate of my home, concise, and efficient in removing my damaged water heater & installing a new one in less that 24 hours. Lastly, in good faith the owner reduced my bill to make up for the miscommunication. I respect GA Rooter far more than the big box stores, as they were honest, provided a reasonable resolution, quickly completed my water heater installation, and provided stellar customer service from project start to end. I will use them again in the future.

I had Felix out today. He has to be one of the most thorough and compassionate technicians I've met. I had a bad leak in my garage and he was so comforting in building my confidence that he would be able to help me TOODAY. He found and repaired the problem causing the leak within a couple of hours. He was also able to recommend, contact and schedule the water mediation technician to come out today too. For what started out as such a draining and emotional day, I am now calm, feeling better with no water leaks. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Jorge was AMAZING!!! He was very professional. He made sure to put shoe wraps around his shoes so he wouldn't track any dirt in the house which was a nice touch. He arrived on time and immediately was able to diagnose the problem. He had what he needed to do the repair and got it done in no time. We have found our plumber!!! I will definitely be using him for all my plumbing needs moving forward!!! Thanks so much Georgia Rooter!!!

Georgi was amazing! We needed a toilet replaced. As soon as we picked it up from the store, he arrived on Sunday evening at 6PM to install it! He was very conscientious to ensure the new toilet would fit prior to starting the project, and educated us on the pros of changing the valve. Georgi was efficient, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. After the installation, he did a pressure check on our system, and fixed a faucet that had lacked pressure and was driving me crazy for years! When we need a plumber again, we will start with Georgi!

Georgi came to fix a drip issue. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He also identified an issue that could have caused me a bigger problem with my water pressure down the road. I am happy with the service.

Georgi from Georgia Rooter fixed a number of home plumbing items we’ve been plagued with for years. He was professional, friendly and thorough, as he kept asking what else he could fix. Best of all he combined the prices of some jobs. Definitely recommend!

Had a water leak somewhere that caused my water bill to double. Gabe came out and did a phenomenal job! He called me and asked if he could come early, he was professional, courtesy, and skilled. He systematically triaged the problem and fixed it promptly at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services and Gabe and will use them in the future if the need arises.

I had a pipe leak in my kitchen on a Sunday. Georgia Rooter sent out Todor, he was on time, and did great work. He identified the leak, went to Home Depot and got a better replacement hose, and promptly fixed everything better than before. He cleaned up, was very nice. The price was fair, especially for a Sunday rush job. I will use Georgia Rooter Services again.

Georgia Rooter Services installed a new gas line in my kitchen and replaced some pipes on my hot water heater.
They did a phenomenal job. Booking was easy and their prices are very reasonable.
I submitted an online request and received a call within ten minutes! Vickie was so pleasant and professional. She scheduled a plumber to come to my home the following day!
Georgi, the plumber, gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he arrived.
He was very knowledgeable polite, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could do the work the same day! He explained in detail everything he was going to do.
He had no problem answering all of my questions – and I asked a lot of them!
For example, I'm a new homeowner and have been a bit intimidated about going into my crawlspace. I asked him where I could find the main water shut off valve. Guess where it is? In the crawlspace! Ha!
So, Georgi took me down there to show me where it is and how to turn it off in the event of a water emergency. I truly appreciate companies that employ people who not only do great work, but will go above and beyond. This company did an excellent job. Overall, I give Georgia Rooter Services a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them and I will hire them again.
