Sam's Club Tire & Battery

The center is busy. I arrived only a couple of minutes past 10am in a Sunday and there were 2 person s ahead of me already. Had to wait about 2 and half hours for my turn.
Only 2 techs were there and they were busy!
Although waiting is long (I did grocery shopping while waiting and still had a lot of time to kill) , they did their job quickly and efficiently.
The tech helped me to change tire was very polite and nice. He even found that my tire was still in warranty and saved me 100+dollars! I was super satisfied with the work. I will definitely give the tech 5 star!

My wife brought our car in to get the 2 front tires replaced. She inadvertently told Serena, service person, it was the rear tires she wanted replaced. The staff in the auto service department inspected all 4 tires and used common sense. They replaced the tires that needed to be replaced. I appreciate their professionalism in taking care of our car.

No one answers the phone, so had to physically go to the store. No receptionists, only techs. Empty. Had to find someone to find someone. Tech who came out was helpful, but it took 15 mins for it.

Very poor customer service. I Bought a new Tire . The technician forgot to put Air in the new tires. I had to go back and get the error message fixed from the dashboard.

I have been standing 15 min and there is no one here . Ask the pick up service to call someone 3 different people still waiting someone to show . Absolutely unbelievable. Zero representative. If I can give zero star I would. Do not go there it’s a terrible choice.

This Sam’s Club tire shop has horrible customer service. Nobody was at the counter. They finally came and said it would take 45 minutes. I went out to check on the car after 45 minutes and my was still sitting in the parking lot. Turned out to be 3 hrs because I guess the only two workers were talking a vacation. I’m going to Costco next time.

Charged me for tires and installation before work was performed when I dropped off the car. I was a little confused by this practice but didn't really bother me till they told me they were unable to install my tires because the car was to low.? Literally took the car across the street to an actual tire shop had the work done no problem. Wasn't worth the $14 I saved per tire after the headache. The most mind boggling part of it all was how rude/unprofessional the lady was when I picked up the tires. If your not a people person customer service probably isnt for you.She looked confused when I told her I needed my money back for the install charge and had some kinda odd attitude while she did it. Never once did she even offer a "hey sorry for the trouble" or anything. Will never buy tires from them again. Dont waste your time at this location maybe another has a more customer first type attitude.

Went in. No tech around. Not only that tech when finally decided to help me couldn’t find my info. Had to call other store and pass phone Over to the tech. After that tech finally decided to re balance my tires. Which turns out they were done wrong.

The Member Service Team sold two tires to someone before I go to install...unprofessionalism and poor customer service on this Department...I went to Costco to buy my tires..I don't need the Sams Club any more to by the tires.. I would recommend they change the entire staff of this Department so they are at the level of Costco..

No one at front, standing there 30 minutes, Sams club tire center is joke. Don’t know how there doing business.

Never open when you need them and no sign is posted!
