This is my favorite store. Everyone is so helpful, kind, and friendly. If something is out they will take the time to go an look for the item. The Meat Department is the best. Mr David an Mr Raymond are awesome. I just cannot say enough good things about this store. The cashiers are so kind and patient. I messed up my order one day an instead of the cashier getting frustrated, she took the time to figure out the problem an fix it. Its always clean. They should be nominated as the best grocery store in Shreveport Bossier Area. You just start smiling when you go in this store. I hate the location in Bossier City shut down, but its ok because I have shopped at the Shreveport Store with my grandmother an i am 57 now. I gladly drive all the way from
D oyline, La.

Albertson's has some really good prices and very good meat specials going on right now.

This is my hometown store. Clean, friendly, organized. Full bakery, pharmacy, floral dept. Well-stocked liquor store. And!!!! LIVE CHECKERS!!!!

Always clean and have everything we need. Its always nice to check out with a happy cashier, Nick has been our cashier a couple times now and he’s always so welcoming, very put together, presentable and just loves his job! It’s refreshing to get good customer service 😃

Very, very clean. It has products you can find no where else in Shreveport. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. Wish it were closer to me like it was about 10 years ago. One block away! But it is worth the drive.

Always so well arranged, excellent help from associates, reliable prices a but higher than Kroger. All products were fresh. Like it.

The selection is excellent. Produce and seafood are top quality. Prices are extremely competitive. And the staff is friendly and eager to help. Nothing more I could ask for.

There is a cashier there by the name of Suzanne. She is absolutely darling. The customer service I received from her was superb! She was very courteous w/ a big bright smile. I will be returning there for my shopping needs.

The quality of the items is very high - whether meat or dairy or vegetable products. I can always count on them having more non-standard products. Their sale items have very good prices, especially in the cheese department. The hot food section is tasty and they have a wide and tasty variety of cold salads. As to their regular items, I constantly compare to other grocers. I am always looking for a great deal.

Always clean, helpful staff. Never had any problems finding someone to help me. A very nice store.

Clean and neat you can find everything you need unless they're out of stock on the items you're looking for. No long lines wating to check out there's self check outs and cashiers will have you checked out before you know it .This is my best part why I love this store and it's the only store that I have noticed this all of there lights in the parking lot works in the parking lot not half of the parking lot they don't have not one light poll without a light bulb. This let me know they care about there customers safety and this makes others feel safe and this also helps video cameras to see what's going on clearly in the parking lots so thanks Albertsons. My shopping experience was great I haven't been in any Albertsons stores since they took the one from Bossier City I just stop because I didn't want to go anywhere else I will not call out the store name . Other things you should know they have lots of handicap parking close up and friendly environment and restrooms and help if you need it and lots of Cameras and just so you know ALL OF THERE'S WORK....
Now come vist them @ 105 Southfield in Shreveport Louisiana ...they have crub side and they have a liquor store with crub side as well. Liquor will make you shop if the grocery side want🤪

I went here to get my 7yr old daughter a cookie cake for her Birthday and the employee in the bakery was so helpful, nice and friendly. I then went to checkout and another wonderfully nice employee plus the store was so neat and clean.

This is now my go-to store. They have quality produce, deli, seafood, and gifts. The staff at the butchers block were so helpful, suggesting sale items and clarifying preparation instructions. The isles were wide and clear of the clutter and debris that I've seen at other nearby grocers. It is obvious that corporate, management, and staff take great pride in what they do... or they wouldn't do it so well.

Albertsons on Southfield in Shreveport has excellent customer service, Carrie a front end manager, knows & understands what customer sevice is & about! CS is almost non-existent these days in retail. But it's a pleasure to shop at Albertsons! I hope it stays Albertsons!

Shop here regularly. Meat market quality ranks with the best in area. Very accommodating and friendly employees. All speak and greet. Prices reasonable and they appear to have a knowledgeable buyer. Meat market and produce outstanding wirh a very user friendly parking lot. Also a corner service station that provides customer service.

I love the for U deals and weekly specials. I save a lot purchasing the for U deals. There is also the rewards you earn and you can get free items.

Pharmacy has the nicest people I've ever encounter at a pharmacy!!!! I will be moving all my prescriptions there ASAP!!!!!
