In response to our price reduction request, Mrs. Robinson conducted some poor quality research and decided that my husband and I were “price gouging house flippers”. I am a stay at home mother and my husband is an industrial electrician at MB Haynes. We are first time home buyers looking for a house for our two children to grow up in. Whatever made her think we were going to flip the house was completely and utterly wrong. If she had done some proper research, she would have found the old deed of trust on the house she was trying to sell BEFORE listing it. Now it’s off the market. For someone who has apparently been selling homes for a long time, I hope she utilizes some tact and decorum in the future.
