Staff is excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. They had answers to my questions before I could ask them. The Dental Assistant, her name is Precious, is very kind and gentle. She makes sure to help me through the process. The Dr is absolutely wonderful too. Grateful they are my dental team!

I used to visit Concord years ago. Changed jobs and insurance. So glad they accept my current insurance. Receiptionist had everything taken care of before the appointment . Gave me clear instructions on completing necessary paperwork online.

Fast!. I can't say it was painless, but when was going to the Dentist ever anything but THAT?? As going to the Dentist goes, I won't hesitate to return. Precious and Dr. Q worked together like a well greased machine, accustomed to one another, working smoothly, quickly with Precious often making me feel at ease in order to allow Dr. Q to work seamlessly. It was over in no time.

The hi-tech method of taking measurements for my partial plates used by Dr. Q which replaces the gross sticky gel bite impression method was a very pleasant change and impressive method.

I'm a white knuckle dentist patient, but the folks at Concord Family Dental put me at ease. Renee is an excellent hygienist. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Dr. Q is very friendly and attentive. I was apprehensive when Dr. Vaughn retired, but the transition has been very easy.

Love Dr. Q! He’s so kind. If they are short staffed then he jumps right in and helps. He even cleaned my teeth! I’ve never had a dentist do that. He goes above and beyond.

I had a lengthy procedure done in Central yesterday. Dr. Lang and his team explained everything that was going on, stayed late, and even called to check on me today. I greatly appreciate it!

Dr. Quartano is an amazing dentist. His staff is so friendly and professional as well! My wife has extreme anxiety, but the entire office puts her at ease. His dental assistant Precious is absolutely the best!
