With the last home we sold Jennifer was able to make our relocation back west seamless and easy and took all the hassle out of our hands. I can't recommend Claudia highly enough. She worked tirelessly to find me the right house, then kicked into high gear to get me almost $20,000 in seller concessions. She's incredibly smart, an excellent (and immediate! and fastidious!) communicator, and her instincts about offers and negotiations were always correct.
She listens well and got a feel for the kind of house I'd be interested right away. She's also completely on top of the listings. The house I ended up buying came up while we were touring another house. She saw it and knew it would be the right one for me, so we dropped everything and went right over, then had the offer in by the end of the day.
