My husband and I are from out of town and we searched several places in Springfield and this one seemed to be the most expansive for IV therapy options and appointments. The online booking was so easy, we booked the most basic one bc we were not quite sure what we wanted. Every single person we encountered on the staff was very kind and helpful, the nurse we had listened to what we needed and guided us to the right IV choice. The rooms were all very clean and peaceful. We had a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Everyone is always so kind at KARE, whether you’re in-person or on the phone. I leave feeling confident that their care is patient-focused, rather than protocol-focused. They listen carefully and prescribe and explain intentionally.

Great, clean location, very friendly staff. This was my first time visiting and I don't know why I waited so long! Felt so refreshed after my IV. There were additives/vitamins in the fluid which helped my headache.

I highly recommend Kare Health & Wellness! I had a medical issue going on, called them and got in the same day, I’m not an established patient because I just found them, so I called and was able to be seen for a sick visit. I will definitely be going back and becoming established. I got the accelerated healing IV and I felt so much better afterwards and feel even better today!

I did poly MVA, and Photodynamic laser therapy today. Both of the procedures required an IV. As usual, they were gentle, kind, and exceptional. It is a great healthcare facility. I appreciate their help.

At the time of this review, I'm a 48 year old male. I spent 26 years in the Army and during that time my body has taken a beating. I've had two knee surgeries, surgery on both shoulders, broken bones and just a lot of mileage. After slowing down from the high speed lifestyle I felt a general drop in overall performance. I just didn't feel like me.
Kare was recommended to me from another combat vet. My first appointment was 15Feb2019. I still go to them today. I dabbled with testosterone between 2008 and 2010 while working in a fast paced, no second place time in my career. It worked well. Now, I don't need as much as I did back then, however, I have found that supplementing testosterone has given me a marked improvement physically, emotionally and psychologically. I feel like "Me" again and it's a very liberating feeling.
I have always gotten a warm and welcoming feeling every time I go for a check up. I actually look forward to seeing them. Their great attention to detail with my labs and general concern for me and how I "feel" is what make me want to continue with them. I've had doctors tell me, "Well, you're well within the range on the chart". And I tell them that I certainly don't feel like it. At Kare, in my experience, I feel they take into consideration with how I feel as well as what is appropriate for me. I am and continue to be a very satisfied customer. Kare has been life changing & I only wish I had found them years ago! I feel better now in my 40s than I did a decade ago. The team always makes me feel welcome - I’ve never felt rushed, unheard, or like a number in a chart. As a registered nurse myself who used to rely on prescription medications thrown at me to “treat” my symptoms, it’s been a breath of fresh air to have a team who encourages taking a proactive stance and treats the root cause of the issue instead of blanketing the symptoms with medications. I always look forward to visits with Kate, and will continue to refer anyone who’s finally ready to make a life change and take charge of their health.

The Kare staff took great care of me during my basic IV hydration session. The lounge areas are so relaxing and they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

So impressed with time spent, feeling heard finally, and depth of knowledge and care. They diagnosed something before looking at lab work from regular doctor's office that my regular doctor never addressed with the information in hand. So grateful for them!

I have been going to Kare for several years. I’ve use their infrared sauna and received several IV therapy sessions. When I am sick or recovering from an illness the IV therapy helps tremendously! The nurses are always very nice and informative. I highly recommend!
