Salvation Army was here for a Bible Conference think I ate more this week than I have all year long thanks a lot food was great people was great it was nice think I'm come back next year with my family they would love this

Good food! Just the right size portions to fill you up without over doing it! Lovely outdoor dining!

We went for Mother's Day Brunch. Food was excellent. Deviled eggs were great, salad bar was fresh, pork loin and shrimp were delicious, and the best potatoes au gratin ever! Looking forward to seeing what they have for Father's Day.

Good food choices, plenty of it, we had breakfast buffet, complete with turkey bacon. Would love it if they had turkey sausage too. But great place great, friendly staff who deliver great and personal service. I stayed and ate here many times it was always fantastic then too. Love all but the price, I think it went up a bit from before. It's not unreasonable and I would stay here and eat here again. Delightful place. And eating a meal and looking out on the lake is so relaxing. Love this place ❤ 💕

Just had a lovely impromptu late lunch at The Bistro. The views are amazing! Our server Javan was attentive and professional so we felt very well taken care of! I must admit, I grew up in the area and had very little experience with dining at Lake Junaluska but it seems the new owners/management have breathed new life into the place! I had a lovely perfectly dressed salad and a cup of the soup, my mother had the artichoke spinach dip as her meal... oh my!! Absolutely heavenly! We were so full, we had to order our desserts to go!! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend that if you're in the area to stop in. This is a gem of a dining experience with relaxing views of the lake.

First time visiting The Lakeside Bistro. Had the Buttermilk fried chicken ,with Brussel sprouts. Very good. Also had the Spinach and Artichoke dip. Came out hot with the most awesome chips. Maggie was a great waitress and Andy , the Manager came out and checked on us. Please stop by and check this place out. Lunch and dinner are served.

The staff were extremely friendly. We were seated at a table by the window with a great view of the lake but then decided to get it to go so we could watch the snow in our cabin. We ordered 1 of each pizza & the cornbread. The pizza is delicious. The cornbread is good but I like it more moist.

Great place!! What a way to spend my first night in the mountains of western NC.

I decided to veer off the road , on my way to Maggie Valley, to see Lake Junaluska, for a bite to eat and was most pleasantly surprised by this beautiful Lakeside town.

This is my first time here , and I googled for outside dining in Lake Junaluska, and found the bistro Lakeside at the Terrace.

The outside dining is on the third floor, and has the most spectacular view of the lake and the sunset.

Everyone at the bistro went out of their way to make sure I had a fabulous experience.it was a chilly night but they had heaters and it was perfect.

I started with a small Caesar salad, which had
to be one of the best Caesar salad’s I’ve ever had !

Everything is made from scratch, and I ordered the buttermilk chicken with the Brussels sprouts, and the macaroni and cheese .👍👍👍
So fantastic.

Just a note, there is no alcohol served here yet, but if you have your own wine or beer, you can bring it in. I happened to have a bottle of wine with me so that worked out quite well.

I also splurged, and had dessert which was the fresh berry crisp. Yummy.

Everything was delicious , and so much food!!

I want to say thank you to Chef Sam, my server Megan, and also the host, Daniel . As I’m on a vacation, Chef Sam who is a native , came out to talk with me about the area and where to go. He was so helpful!

The downstairs lobby level has a very large fireplace and beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and rugged rustic wood, and glass and stone walls.

Everything was very beautiful and I am glad I ventured off my path to find this place.👏👏

Enjoyed a lovely meal at the Lakeside Bistro last night. Javan was our server and did an exceptional job taking care of us. The views were amazing and the food was delicious! My husband says the banana pudding is the best he's ever had! Will definitely visit again when we take our next vacation to Maggie Valley!

We were pleased with every aspect of Lakeside Bistro at Lake Junaluska. Last year we had dinner there since it was raining and because it was so good we chose to have both of our evening meals there this visit. The lake view was stunning, the staff were friendly, courteous and caring, the menu was great and the food lived up to the photos. I even met one of the employees (Will Fryar) outside of the restaurant and he represented them very well. If I had not already eaten there his attituded and love for his job would have taken me there for sure. My wife and I took my 87 year old mother and each of us had the same opinion. Nothing could be finer than Lakeside Bistro at Lake Junaluska. Try it, enjoy it and go back often. We will. David, Debbie and Peggy Dorman

Beautiful views at sunset. I had a great chicken salad croissant with home fries. Megan the waitress was so friendly and went out of her way to make our dinning experience superb. I would recommend this place for a relaxed evening overlooking the lake and some good food.

Awesome food and staff. Highly recommend. This restaurant is just getting started but they are consistent with the dishes they serve. Best creme brulee in town! They have a different special every day. Dine inside or out on the terrace. Spectacular views!

Amazing cuisine, lovely people, great views. Waiters are very kind, and if you sit on the balcony, you will get a beautiful look at the lake.

Great food!.. they had a soft opening for new years and did great despite a large ski group occupying most of the 62 person limit. Food was worth the wait and our server Chris was great!

Beautiful Covid-safe outdoor setting with attentive and friendly servers. The Caesar salad is great, and ok, it’s true, so is the meatloaf! :) Meghan and Jeff rock!

This is an amazing restaurant. The staff bends over backwards to make your meal perfect. Can't brag enough about the food quality and selections.
