Tellus Self Storage - Watson

I've had a unit here for 9 years. I'm so happy with the their pricing, the consistent climate control, and the staff, I just rented a second unit. (Hey, don't judge me! LOL) The location is convenient, on Highway 16 near the Watson Walmart, the grounds and storage buildings are always clean and neat, and the gate ALWAYS works, so I feel confident that my belongings are safe.

Upon entering the property, I was struck by how well-kept and safe it was. Despite the fact that there were currently no openings in my size. I'll be back later to store my belongings. The manager was incredibly cordial and supportive of all my needs.

Have rented many storage unit over the years. This facility and the staff are the best I ever encountered. The manager is extremely confident and knows all the ins and outs of the rental and make sure the facility is well maintained and kept clean. Can not ask for more.

The people who work here are competent and friendly. They don't make you feel stupid even when you have to ask stupid questions. Plenty of room for moving trucks and U-Hauls, and facilities are nice and climate control seems effective.

Yes, Rachel is back! She's the office manager and she does an amazing job. She'll go out of her way to help you find the storage unit you need. And yes, they do have climate control units. I've had a unit for over a decade. They are awesome!

My wife and I used this storage facility for over a year. We were always pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and how safe/secure it felt, and the manager Rachel deserves all of the credit for that. She always went above and beyond what customer service called for. When you go into the office, it always felt like you were just talking to a friend. She truly cares about this place and the customers who use it. My only wish is that I owned my own business, so that I could pay her to come work for me. Five+ stars. I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else locally.

They are so friendly and super helpful! Renting my unit was smooth and fast. I forgot to property lock my lock one time and they immediately let me know so that I could secure my belongings. I've had no issues and would highly recommend them!

I have never had to rent a storage room before, I didn’t know how much work went into it. I needed a climate controlled unit so I went with Tellus. Tonya was so very helpful. Thanks to her I got into a unit and was pleased with her friendly customer service. Thanks Tonya! 😃

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. This storage facility is managed and maintained very well. The manager, Rachel Latil, is very professional and friendly. She is always helpful and has a smile on her face. She takes immaculate care of this facility and goes above and beyond to assist existing renters as well a new renters.

Incredible customer service!!!! Rachel went way out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Facility is very clean and easy to access. I was very impressed with my overall experience. Will ABAOLUTELY tell everyone I know to use this facility. Rachel made the entire process as seamless as possible. It’s hard to come across customer service like this today.

Racheal was wonderful! She was so helpful and did everything she could to make it affordable! When I toured the facility, it was by far the cleanest of the facilities I looked at! I love how they are gated, have 24hr video surveillance and access! I definitely feel like my things are safe and I am safe when I am there, no matter the time of day or night!

Awesome and fast service! Called before we went up there and they had one reserved. Rachel was so nice and she made it a quick process. Explained everything to me as I was signing and even drew a map so that I could easily locate my unit! So very happy to have my things stored here!

So today I was searching for a storage and I was calling around for prices. When I called the one in Watson I have never been treated with such respect the lady Tonya that answered the phone answered all my questions and was very polite. I will definitely be Renting my storage from this business. Mrs. Tonya You definitely get a five stars from me. Thanks for your politeness and Being so professional.

Absolutely love storing my stuff here! The manager rachel is so helpful and always makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure her tenants are happy! Cheap rates, quality storage, great deals/offers, they even have a moving truck ! Definitely recommend Tellus to anyone looking for a storage unit, moving truck, or just packing supplies !

I can honestly say if your looking for a great storage facility this is the one. I have been here for about 4 months now and Rachel which is the manager is phenomenal and does her job above and beyond and is very respectful!! I would highly recommend this place either for short term or long term!!

Rachel in the office is so nice & wonderful to work with . We had two units with them , never had any issues including bugs or anything . I would definitely use them again !

I have been a tenant here since 2011. Before Shannon became manager I did not have 24 hour access, and the property was Not kept clean. Now under new mgmt., I have seen many changes in and out of the office and am very pleased to be a tenant.I will recommend A+ to anyone I know looking for storage needs.
