Durham's best-kept secret! Beautiful walking trails and friendly neighbors make this a wonderful place to live. Living here means you will have no shortage of incredible sunsets and furry cow friends to see. Debbie and Sonia in the front office make sure everything is running smoothly and go above and beyond to show their residents that they care (hosting Resident Appreciation Breakfasts, etc). Can't imagine a better place to live in Durham!

My wife and I have been at Woodstone since November '22. We have been here 5 months. We are very impressed with the property itself. Our apartment is well laid out and suites us very well. Beyond that, Croasdaile Farms does an outstanding job of maintaining the property. They have a huge staff that is always busy with all the exterior plantings and shrubs. Their maintenance staff is quick to come when you have any issue arise. Security is also one of the reasons we chose Woodstone. This property is highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment complex, very quiet and beautiful with lots of walking trails. Management was great during the 2 years we were there and very responsive to any maintenance requests we put in. I would live here forever if I was staying in Durham.

I have lived here four years and love it. It is quiet, safe, and the residents are friendly. All ages of people live here. There are beautiful walking trails and three lakes in the neighborhood. Maintenance is prompt and I rarely had to call them. I will have to move away for a year but hope to rent here again when I come back!

I spent two years at Woodstone during my graduate school education, and I could not have asked for a better place to call home during that time. The facilities are well-kept, the management is responsive (Debbie, the Property Manager, is so personable and helpful!), and the community is friendly. I enjoyed having access to multiple miles of walking trails and a quiet and safe place to return to at the end of the day. The price is extremely fair, with water and trash included, and I would absolutely recommend Woodstone to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.

If you're looking for a place to live in Durham, look no further than Woodstone! I have lived in Durham my entire life and this is the nicest place I have found! All residents are super nice and the community is very quiet. The location is perfect! I would highly recommend this apartment to any and all ages! 10/10

Best apartment near Duke University. Look no further. Friendly neighbors, frequent maintenance(filter change every 3 months). And the best neighborhood environment.

Woodstone is wonderful! Beautiful grounds, kind staff, and cozy units. Sonia was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Amenities and landscape are the best in this area, including a indoor pool. Price is actually cheaper than older apartments.
