Carmine's Import Service

Carmine’s was recommended to me and I have the pleasure to recommend them to you. This is a first-class committed service company. I called late one afternoon and got someone on the second ring. (A real person almost always answers the phone.) Stuart and a senior tech, took flat bed delivery of my BMW X5. My two college-age kids drove the wheels off for six years. It wouldn’t start. If I put it in reverse, the car reverted back to Park. The electrical system was a mess. Literally, nothing worked.

Over the next three days, Carmine’s tested and re-tested every system. They ran deep diagnostics. The culprit was an alternator and water pump and a few minor codes. The old saying “you get what you pay for” could not be more true, in this case. The final bill was a lot of money but it wasn’t expensive. I was fairly charged for all of the parts and labor. But above all that, we have our car back. Good as new. It runs like the first day I got it. Stuart had the car cleaned and vacuumed before delivery. He even followed several times after I picked it up. This is a special outfit that takes pride in their work and their reputation. It was most certainly earned on my service call. You can trust Carmine’s to service your special car like it was their own.

Service was performed efficiently and the gentleman that we dealt with could not have been more polite or accommodating. I was very fortunate to have contacted Carmen’s as we were only here briefly from out of town. They had us back on the road the next day. The added touch of the thank you note and bottled water were a very nice touch. I highly recommend Carmine’s to anyone needing auto repairs. They truly are professionals.

These guys are top notch. They worked me in for alignment and got my Tesla back to where it should be. Also gave me a free car wash and very detailed multi point inspection with pictures sent to my phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable! This will be my new “go to shop” for my Tesla and any other vehicle I get in the future! Dillan and Stuart really took care of me and I really appreciate how they treat their customers!

I took my Volkswagen here and was greeted with the upmost respect from the start. They told me they would work on the car in the morning and that's exactly what they did. Within 1 day and a half I had my car back in excellent condition. They never left me feeling uneasy or confused about what was going on. I would highly recommend this location if you want your vehicle to be handled respectfully.

Brought in my 2023 Model 3 Performance to get Unplugged Performance lowering springs installed. Carmine's did an absolutely fantastic job. Dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning, was done by late afternoon.

They installed the new springs, repackaged the old ones, measured the drop, gave it an alignment, washed the car, and had it waiting out front for me when I came to pick it up. Even left some goodies in the front console for me as well. Spoke to a few guys inside about their experience putting performance parts on Tesla's, and everyone was very knowledgable and seemed to have lots of experience. Super kind people. Actually got a hand written Christmas card in the mail from them over the holidays.

Was not the cheapest option, and wasn't a short drive coming from the Raleigh area either - but cannot imagine getting service even remotely close to as good as what Carmine's provided anywhere else. If you're going to get any work done to your vehicle and want it in good hands, bring it here. These guys know what's up.

Great spot for Tesla service! I have worked with Carmine the owner and his shop for years in the Automotive industry. He is a stand up person and very knowledgeable. We often help each other with trade related issues. I work with a lot of shops and these guys are one of the good ones. I have referred people here and would trust them to work on my car any day.

Carmine's is the best auto repair company to deal with for BMW's. They made the whole process easy, understandable, and non-stressful! I would recommend anyone that has a BMW to go here!

Do yourself a favor and take your Tesla here! I was having suspension issues that left me on the side of the interstate.
