Absolute Martial Arts

Our son has just finished his 3rd month here and is loving it! The instructors are amazing and keep the classes fun while still challenging. We went through a few sports before finding something our son was excited about. Excited to watch his martial arts skills grow here!

My daughter has been at Absolute for almost 2 years. She started at age 12 and still loves it! Absolute Martial Arts classes have helped to build her self confidence, strength, flexibility and overall love for fitness. She has class with all ages and fits in just fine. Anna and staff are amazing! They make you feel welcome and part of the community.

I’ve been doing Muay Thai and kickboxing classes here and the trainers are great and the receptionist Ana is really engaging with everybody and everyone here is really nice. I’ve improved drastically in my performance doing these classes here and I’m excited to start the BJJ classes! I would highly recommend this place for people that need a little help working out or people who want to learn self defense or potentially get in the ring, amazing atmosphere and trainers!

Can't say enough about how wonderful AMA is!! We were recommended through a friend and we are approaching our 1 year with classes. The instructors are patient, respectful and truly want the kids to succeed!! Besides learning new skills each class, Ms. Ana asks each student what was their favorite part to earn a sucker at the end of class! I love that they include little ones on the sucker treats as well!! From day 1, we have been treated like family and it amazes me how Ms. Ana remembers EVERYONES name!!! Our son has been enrolled in the youth karate at Absolute Martial Arts for the past 18 months and has grown in his skills, confidence and behavior. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional and respectful to all participants and families. We could not be more pleased with the continued progress our son is making each week. I was nervous before signing up, I never trained at an actual gym before so Absolute is my very first and last gym! I don't see myself training anywhere else. When I first was reached out too to schedule a 1 on 1. I was as I said before super nervous until I stepped foot into the gym and everything changed. I felt calm and in a way at home! This was my first experience!! The staff is amazing everyone makes sure you feel welcomed. I haven't looked back since it's been such a great experience learning more about myself and the martial art of my choice here at Absolute. I 100% recommend Absolute to anyone and everyone!!

My son has been doing Martial Arts for about 5 years and never want to miss a day. It helped him be disciplined at school and home. He received his black belt and went on the practice Jujitsu and joined the kick boxing class. Absolute Martial Arts is just like family. Thank you so much for all you do for my son.

This is my favorite gym in Saint Louis. I joined here 2 years ago and they have the best instructors and students ever. The environment is very welcoming and everyone is very friendly. The instructors care about your growth in martial arts whether you’re going just for fun or looking to compete they are supportive in whatever your personal goals are. So whether you are joining to just get a good cardio workout, learn self defense for real life situations or work on your growth as a martial artist to be able to compete in competitions this is the place in Saint Louis to go to.

I been going here for years and always been a great experience. Very family oriented, and now my daughter attends the karate classes. It has helped her with her confidence, and she is more focused. Wonderful trainers with tons of patience and knowledge. Can't say enough good things.

We love Absolute Martial Arts. Our son has learned so much during the last year. His phisical and mental strength has grown as well as his confidence in class and outside class. I can't reccomend Absolute Martial Arts enough as it is a premier destination for your martial arts needs.

10/10 highly recommended for all. It is a very nice gym with a variety of classes to suit your needs whether it’d be mainly jiu jitsu or Muay Thai/Kickboxing. A great way to keep yourself in shape while learning how to defend yourself in the process.

My experience at AMA has been fantastic. I started about a year and a half ago at the age of 30. The teachers are great, the workouts are fun and the fellow students are all welcoming. The school specializes in 2 forms of martial arts for adults, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jui Jitsu, you can specifically train one of those programs or both.

My daughter has been attending Absolute Martial Arts for 14 months. She absolutely loves it!! The overall experience for her has been amazing. The instructors are very knowledgeable, professional, & courteous. Absolute Martial Arts has created a family environment that stresses community & belonging to all who enter the facility. I cannot stress enough what a great experience this has been & continues to be for my 9 year old. We started our 7 year old (who’s not really into traditional sports) here 6 months ago, and happy to say he loves it! The instructors are great with kids, and aside from karate, they teach them discipline and respect. This is a very inclusive atmosphere and we highly recommend.

I knew Master Brock from my early double digits. Taught me to be a good kid and eventually a Respectfully man. It was my dad first... And then Master Brock.

We have had the best experience. My son trusts and respects Mrs. Ana so much. He has gained confidence and coordination with her guidance. She teaches the fundamentals and discipline expected when signing up for a youth martial arts class and she does so with passion and patience. The environment is warm and welcoming and very clean. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Absolute Martial Arts. If you are thinking about signing up your little one or yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Most definitely a great spot to trainand leant new beginnings. My wife and I started kickboxing here and now my daughter does karate. She loves it. As she leaning a lot great new defend techniques.

My six year old started the kids karate classes at the end of April this year, and I am very glad we signed him up. After his first class, he immediately asked me if he could go back the next day. He has loved every second of the classes. Having the opportunity to earn his stripes and to work towards belt testing has given him something to be proud of, and I can see a change in his level of self confidence since he started. Ms. Ana is wonderful with all the children in the class, teaching self discipline while keeping the classes fun. I love that there are life skills incorporated into the program that go beyond karate.
