I bought a truck from Ryan's auto back in January 2019 truck runs like a new one couldn't be happier couple minor cosmetics easy fixes but its a used car lot wasn't at a new car lot and I knew this ,dealt with a Marty Willard and his wife Kay handled all title work right there good down home country people, and I would highly recommend this place easy too work with,and I was very satified.Thanks Joe Meadows

Bought my car there last month from the. Took about a week, week and half to get everything in order. One month later my car is in the shop needing $1000 worth of repairs. Of course my car isn't under their warranty. I won't be going back to them again and I don't recommend anyone going there.

This dealer is dishonest and has no integrity. This dealer made agreed with me on a vehicle price, was told financing had been achieved and a check cut, told me a down payment was not necessary to hold the vehicle, was told to go ahead and put the vehicle on my insurance, and made me an appointment to pick up the vehicle the following day. Thirty minutes prior to the appointment, while I was on my way to pick up the vehicle, the dealer called and told me the vehicle had "accidentally" been sold to another person. He then refused to give an explanation, or to answer/return my phone calls.

I bought a Nissan 240SX here back around 2004ish. The very next day, the car broke down at the gas pump, it wouldnt crank. Called to obviously ask them why they sold me a car that broke down the very next day and when they could fix i, I was not rude to anyone, yet the woman that answered the phone hung up on me. Had to get jumped off, and drove it back to the lot, to be seen and heard in person where no one could hang up on me, and some mechanic that worked there looked at it. Never told me what was wrong with it, but seemed to have gotten it fixed, temporarily. There were other times when it wouldnt crank for no reason. I ended up selling it shortly after buying it, luckily I didnt have to invest too much money into fixing it since it was a Nissan 240SX and was fairly easy to sell. But this car lot is awful.

My father bought a Honda from here in November and when he bought the car I knew it needed two new back tired badly. I haven't even been able to get the tires yet because I've had to put $700 worth of work into the car and I've only had it for a month. Now the check engine light is on I got it diagnosed and they said it's something to do with insufficient airflow to the engine. Took it back to them bc the car is under warranty and Marty "the mechanic there" said he can't do anything bease his brother is the owner and he has to approve it. He said he would get him to call me back. I have yet to get a call back. I've called back several times they keep saying Ryan isn't there or when I leave voice mails they won't return them. Just save your money and go somewhere else they're nothing but a rip off!!!!!!

Bought my Mazda cx-7 here at the end of May 2016...By the beginning April 2016 it was broke down.I had spent over $3,000 in repairs..One repair being a faulty axle that could've ended VERY badly,as a busy mother that was scary...Repeatedly calling Marty and Kay several times I was avoided.Even as far as me driving an hour away to the business for kay to see me coming and ran out the back door.
.As soon as one thing was fixed something else went out now im stuck with a blown turbo and just a piece of junk costing me exactly $11,000 to look at. When I finally got in touch with Marty Willard he had nothing but excuses why I was avoided..except to find out the business is now closed & he's trying to sell the cars he had left on Craig's list so he couldn't do nothing with the junk he sold me.🤦😒😑

We bought a truck there in Dec last year, and have had nothing but problems with it. First marty tried to sell us the truck with roted out tires on it, than kgod we took it to a mechanic and he said to get them changed, and that the brakes would need to be changed soon. Luckily marty changed them out, so he says. Next thing we know the brakes are giving out so we dropped alot on that, next the tailgate is giving out and now we just got a ticket for our tag not being correct. last i checked the price was jacked up because we had to pay them tax, tags and fees and that freaking TAG is not even correct. We just had to drop $150.00 to get the tag fixed since it was a temporary tag(T) on our plate. I am beyond furious at this point since we have dropped so much money on this truck that was over priced to begin with. Will NEVER deal with them again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

They don’t tell that the vehicle has been wrecked.. so please people if it’s a Lexus with low mileage or any vehicle with low mileage and low price.. you might want to ask if it’s ever been wrecked...I got told it’s very clean but never until I asked has it been wrecked and she said yes but has clean title.. what does that mean... did the whole front end get hit or motor???there is a reason for bad reviews...

I bought a 2005 Toyota sienna mini van from this place, the price was alittle high 6000.00 but I figured maybe its worth it without any problems to soon, well the next day engine light came on, I have spent several thousand to fix, catalytic converter, sensor and the list goes on called and talk to kay but all I got was I'm so sorry, she knew this van was a lemon, never again, bad business, do not reccomend
