AAA Ambulance Service

I have used these folks for a while now. My Husband has to be transferred by Ambulance to ER and back when he gets sick. A couple of weeks ago I was talked into using another provider in the area and will never never use that one again. They actually injured my husband from an issue that we just left the ER from being treated. They never once stopped to check on him not even to say they were sorry. They just got their little bed and walked out the door. When I came out of his bedroom, they had changed their bed and put new sheets on for the next patient. When I looked they had thrown the dirty sheets in the middle of guess what? Yep, my dining room table. A pile of Blue sheets were lying in the middle of table. I threw them in trash and sanitized my table.

AAA has never been anything but professional and Courteous to me and my family! I would never recommend anyone else. You probably just got a bad apple. If you see them taking pictures you should tell them to delete it or you will report them. That's considered invasion of privacy. They should be cautioned by the supervisor in that area.

I'm grateful the service got our elderly loved one safely to the hospital, however there was a delay as the driver quizzed her as to why she didn't just wait a few hours and make an appointment to see her doctor. I hope this is not common practice, as it was indeed an emergency that resulted in hospitalization.

Zero, they just walked in did not say anything, did not speak, acted as if they don't care. Like it was a bother calling them.

If you are looking to die , call these people. 1 star gives them too much credit .... I've never seen a more negligent company and they have been for more than 20 years. Talk about a reputation when literally nobody I know has a good or positive experience with this ambulance service.

I called to help my dad get up last night. Two white women walked in didn't even acknowledge me. Yanked my dad off the floor and put him in the bed.
