This is the best car rental agency I've ever used. Very professional with all smiles. They go out of their way to make sure you are in and out without a long wait and you are completely satisfied. This while crew deserves an A+!!!

His unwavering professionalism and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for excellence in my eyes. The car renting experience was smooth!! This guy has it all. Wow! You must use Enterprise anytime you need a rental! Our Enterprise Associate was just excellent, he had me behind the wheel of a sweet ride in no time!

The car was so clean, full tank of gas and could hug the road like a champ... AND their rates are good too. I noticed they were really busy & now I know why, they're the best in town! Highly recommend!🏆

The staff was professional. The process was smooth with no troubles. We even decided to upgrade the morning of while on site and that was no problem either.

Great customer service both at pick-up and drop off - car was ready at pick-up and quick check-in a drop off (Jeremy). The name who checked me out escapes me, but he does most of my check-outs and is very courteous and professional. Great overall rental experience - no issues with the car.

I recently rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location and have to give a shout out to Jeremy and Brennan! Their customer service was superior! Their knowledge of the process, and dealing with insurance companies, was extremely helpful. Especially due to the fact that my insurance company's competency of the process was subpar. Thank you for making a difficult situation manageable!!

The service was Absolutely Amazing! The ladies who picked me up were so respectful and polite. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and upbeat energy! I've used the ENTERPRISE location on Hwy 98 in Hattiesburg several times. Each interaction with office staff has been wonderfully professional! The personnel at this office is very attentive to customer needs--moreover, Ramona, the manager, is super great! She holds her associates to the same high standard, she exemplifies. If you EVER need a rental, I strongly suggest Hwy 98 ENTERPRISE in Hattiesburg!!!!!

Great customer service. Lenny is great at his job he goes above and beyond the usual customer service to make sure everything is acceptable and he makes the whole process very easy. He pulled the car around for me and opened the door and made sure that I was familiar with the vehicle and answered all my questions and kept in touch with me through email. Alexis made the whole check in and return process extremely easy , she is very sweet. This was the best rental experience I have had. Extremely satisfied

So I had my first wreck yesterday. Completely killed my car and I was so scared about what was going to happen next and everything. I really loved my car and was so heartbroken! When I got there The lady picked a newer model of my car and was so sweet. Really it was the small things for me. I was still really shaken by what happened but that meant a lot. I would highly recommend them!!! They were so nice and got me in the car incredibly fast. Thank you so much!

Given that Enterprise stays busy, my person was able to get me in and out with accurate speed. During a frustrating situation they were still friendly and helpful. Alexis was wonderful and tended to my needs and got me into my ride with no issues. The whole staff on 98 deserves praise. Great job guys!

Enterprise is the only place I rent from. I had tried a few other Rental Companies in the past. However, there customer service was no comparison to Enterprise.
When you visit Enterprise on highway 98, ask for Lenny. He will make your experience the best ever.

My experience at the Hattiesburg,Ms location was a very professional & straight forward experience. Thanks to Mr. Leonard Mcleggon he was very helpful & determined to make sure I was pleased with my service. He called to confirm my reservation & went over the different brand vehicles they had in the category I booked to ensure it was ready upon pickup.

I rent a vehicle almost weekly from Enterprise in Hattiesburg, MS at their Hwy 98 location. Roberta and staff could not be any more accommodating! It is my choice as to where I rent a vehicle and I chose this company and location for a reason. Even when they have a room full customers they take time to greet everyone that walks thru the door and most by name. Roberta and staff always make sure everything is satisfactory before you leave and follow up when you return as well.

I could rent from several other rental agencies but Enterprise is our company preferred choice and this location with Roberta and staff is my preferred choice! Thank you Roberta for offering that level of service to us.

Leonard Mcleggon took great care of me as I booked a rental online without doing my research on how far Enterprise was from my airport. Once I arrived on site Loenard let me know I could leave the vehicle at the airport to save time. This worked out great and I really appreciated his help.
