My guilty obsession❣I love this place! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Whether I am buying online and picking up in store, shopping in-store or having items shipping to my home, it's ALWAYS a pleasant experience ESPECIALLY with the sales they run frequently ❤ I love how I get free items with points from my purchases also. Basically, what's not to love?!! I HIGHLY recommend you give it a try especially if you love great smells and products 😁

Customer Service at Bath & Body works location in Southaven Mississippi was Amazing. I got the opportunity to purchase a few items. As a Travel Agent I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.

My daughter and I just came in to grab a few items. The employees were helpful when we asked questions and friendly. When we were checking out I noticed it was very quiet so I asked what time they closed. She said, “7”. 🤦🏼‍♀ I looked at my phone and it was 7:17! I apologized but everyone was still friendly and never made us feel like we needed to hurry. I would never do that on purpose, but they need a public thank you for still being kind and helpful, even when we stayed past closing time.

Customer service is always present at this location. There was a nice sale; if you sign up, they send coupons with free offers.

Everybody was so nice and of course I love the smells of all these lotions this was a great place to visit.

Staff is always so friendly and available to help! They don't over crowd you like some of the other BBW's I've been in. The store is always clean and well stocked as well!

Love shopping at bath and body works for Christmas gifts and even just for myself! My favorite candles right now are champagne toast and aromatherapy relax in black chamomile.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location 1) upon a return-to-repurchase (for the price adjustment), the manager was SO rude and bitter to a young lady attempting the return (poor baby was newly employed)
2) Ms. Barbara will go out of her way to help assist you with ANYTHING she can. I’ve watched her treat EVERY customer the same, whether you’re making a big or small purchase. She’s always in a cheerful mode and will change yours to that too - such sweet little lady! She’s usually there on Sundays and Mondays. Please hire more Ms. Barbara’s!!
I’ve been shopping at this same location for over a decade and they’ve always kept up with the demand of heavy inventory, store cleanliness and neatness, but not so much the friendliest customer service.

This store is always booming but they never lack great customer service! They move the line quickly, make sure your aware of any applicable deals or promos when you check out, and are always so nice.
