Holiday Inn & Suites Tupelo North, an IHG Hotel

Did not know the hotel is located approximately 2 blocks from the twain tracks. I'm a light sleeper. My room was on the West side of the hotel, which meant guests could hear the train very well. If a guest room is on the East side of the hotel, then, I'm guessing, the train horn cannot be heard as closely as the West side rooms.

Outstanding Customer Service! From the Management team to the housekeepers, to the bar personnel. The hotel is extremely clean, well designed. Offers guest free washer and dryer and only pay one dollar if a guest needs soap and softener.

The rooms are beautiful, the mattresses are soft, and there is ALWAYS hot water for a nice shower anytime of day. No matter how many guests are in the hotel. Luv That!

The only thing that I wish for is that the hotel will have hot coffee ready for guests who are checking out early in the morning. I had my mind set on grabbing a cup while running out the door for a very early flight And there was none :(

This location was great in every way. Staff on the phone, at the front desk, at the bar, along with the employees working the dining room the next morning for breakfast. Stayed her going south and again heading back home. Ate supper both times and the food was delicious. Great spot !!

We had a pleasant time while staying at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean!! The staff that served us breakfast was great!! You have to pay for breakfast and if you prepay the day before it’s cheaper.. The only downside was that the elevator was broken so there were times that you had to wait a while for the elevator.

We were looking for a hotel right off the interstate. This is not right off the interstate but it was a great hotel. Very clean with lots of rooms to choose from. Hotel looks like it has a nice bar in the middle of it. Our room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. The only negative to our stay here was that only one of the elevators was working. But that wasn't really a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful experience. Traveling to SC from T’giving in MO. We stayed at this IHG to catch the Chiefs game. The bartender pulled out her laptop so we could catch the game at the bar when the game wasn’t in their local channel line up. This kind gesture was the nice things anyone has done for us when we’ve been out. We highly recommend this hotel for down-home Tupelo customer service!

Excellent customer service! Entire hotel was spotless clean. Janet was our server for breakfast & greeted us with a smile & “Good morning “! My coffee cup was never empty & my heart was full when we left. They are a perfect example of excellent customer service.

The bar there is the best. Abby was very knowledgeable and fun! I got the ribeye and ate every last bite! Dana the maintenance helped me with my room and is the funniest ever! They should have their own show

Great experience this evening and Anashai (I think that was her name) was wonderful this evening 9/11/23 around 8pm. She was super sweet and accommodating to my son who has Autism and put us on a quieter part of the hotel. Thanks to the wonder service. It matters.

This hotel is easy to find, right off the highway. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for 1 night of rest. Our room was pitch black at night and quit! It is in a safe, clean area with dining options all around. The breakfast buffet was fine, definitely not worth the $15 it would have been if we didn't include it when reserving. We would stay here again.

What s great location! Very clean, bed was awesome. Breakfast was great. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again next time we are through the area.

We enjoyed the hot tub and my daughter enjoyed the pool.. the room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was really nice she put us on the top floor away from all the noise so we could get some rest since we had to be up so early! Definitely would recommend to anyone to stay there and would be my choice if we have to stay in the area again!

Nice hotel. King suite is very spacious. The restaurant's food is great and KIDS EAT FREE!!!!

This is a truly beautiful property, artistically updated and immaculately maintained. We stayed on the fifth floor overlooking the stunning multi-colored bar. Our drinks and dinner were tasty and priced right. Our busy server was friendly, informative, and skilled at balancing every customer's needs. I also enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Priced right and a pleasure to visit.

What a nice hotel. Clean, Good beds, good food and drink. Cassandra at the front desk and Janet in the restaurant were amazing. We had forgotten some medication and they took it to the ups to overnight it to us. They were great and so helpful!

When you think about one of the best stays ever you think about this hotel (I'm a traveling contractor). I got absolutely everywhere and this has been my number one stay. From the front desk lady Katie and gentlemen Allen, to the head chef at the restaurant Damien, his amazing side kick Darren, the maintenance lady Dana, the bartender Abby, this place is just top notch. I am so picky about hotels because of awful experiences but this place changed my perspective. The hospitality is amazing, the food is awesome, and you feel like you're almost at home!! I wish I could give them 10 stars but I'll just suggest staying here instead!!

Enjoyed dinner as we were staying at the sister property next door. Very nice bar and meal area to accommodate small to large family seating.
