I am truly shocked at the numerous single star reviews for this USPS location! I have never had anything but a good experience, even at times when the lobby was full, there was some kind of chaos happening in the back, and it was time to close. The thin guy with silverish hair may be a stickler about policy (like no using a "Priority Mail" label for a "First Class" package.) But he has always been very friendly and helpful while getting the job done! I cannot speak on the actual mail delivery service because I do not live in the area, fortunately it seems. I've also never had to call the location either. After reading the comments from these reviews, however, I can tell you a couple things for sure. Someone, or perhaps more than just one person, is most definitely stealing packages, and it should be thoroughly investigated! Also, management clearly needs to be removed and replaced for more than one reason!

Please start keeping the Priority Mail supply stations filled at least like half of the time! Thanks!!

Staff went out their way to help me find a lost package. After placing a lost package notice online, they called me and told me the steps they were doing to locate and redeliver the package. They were incredibly nice about the situation and very quick to solve my problem. Best experience with USPS Ive ever had.
