Kroger Pharmacy

The folks that I usually see are always working hard. In a town with an over saturated demand, they always impress me with their efforts.

I left a supposedly good pharmacy for Kroger best thing I ever did never regret it never staff are outstanding 👏 👌 😎

I've recently been dealing with some new medical issues and in & out of the hospital. The staff at Kroger is very helpful with helping me keep track of medication changes and possible interactions

The staff is mostly nice and know what they are doing. It is a hard job so they do the best they can for the most part. Long waits though.

Window attendant friendly but line moves very slow

I didn't know they close for lunch from 1:00 to 1:30 it would have been nice to k own this before I drove here.

We had originally switched over from Wally world because of their wait times and customer service. Not sure what has happened at this location in the past few months but now we are yet again going to another pharmacy due to long waits, strained customer service. I understand the frustration of being short staffed. Apologizing to the customers overtly is just not that professional.

Slow, meds not always in stock. Most of the stuff is nice.

I've always had a good experience with the Kroger pharmacy but my husband picked up a prescription today for our dog and the girl that waited on him was extremely rude. The same girl has been semi rude to me one time as well. He doesn't hear well. He asked her to repeat her question and she hatefully said "nevermind". If you don't like your job then find a new one. If you don't like people or have patients with people then you're in the wrong job. Maybe you would enjoy your job more working in the back by yourself. I was so sorry to hear about this incidence and I hope someone will provide her with a little training on how to work with the public.

There is a tech that I would rather not identify because it would be obvious due to her gender and race at this location who it is. They make me feel extremely frustrated. No empathy, no sense of customer service, and I absolutely hate interacting with this person. Everyone else at the crosstown location in the pharmacy is kind. I work in customer service and I try to understand limitations and delays etc. This one tech is absolutely the worst person I've had to interact with. Literally I could go back years and not find one individual who made me feel this way. I have had issues with my 15 year old's medication due to things out of my control and even after just 24 hours he goes into withdrawal. Instead of compassion I feel put off and zero care from this tech. I can wait for the next tech and never feel like this even without resolution. I used to really love using this pharmacy and I guess It's time for a change.
