The shoe truck usually comes to our location, but I missed them when they came this time. I called the store to order the boots and the Lady I talked to was super friendly and made sure I ordered the correct pair and I was comfortable with everything. Great customer service and professionalism. Also ordered some Timberland Skull Caps and she made sure I had the colors I wanted. The order arrived very quickly and I was pleased with my transaction.

My experience was lovely for my first time. The 2 women were very attentive, nice and patient with me. I will definitely be returning. Plus the prices were out of this world.... excellent store for steel toe boots

Spoke directly with a PERSON, which in this day and time is almost unheard of. Representative was knowledgeable, professional and completed my order in a timely manner. I highly recommend this store when shopping for that special MAN in your life.

So far I'm loving the steel toe boots I got for now with highly recommend them don't go by none from sorry Walmart or any place like that because they won't hold up plus the staff are kind and friendly and will do everything to help you or Walmart will not you have to ask you hunt a someone down to talk to someone in Walmart this place they're right there on top of you trying to help you and will help you and make sure you get exactly what you need and the highest quality for the price

Great experience.

Bought a pair of shoes, used them for two days then realized they were not slip and oil resistant as claimed by the manufacturer. Called Sutton’s and without hesitation they said bring them back and we’ll refund your money.

Went back to the store to return the shoes and found a different pair I wanted but were more expensive. Sutton’s swapped them with out without charging me the difference.

Can’t find customer service like that at many places nowadays. I will be back for my next pair.

This place is advertised as the Men's Den. They had a good variety of men's clothing. They had an amazing amount of men's shoes of great quality.

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. Ask a few questions. After, they went in back and came back out either a few choices. Gave their opinion, which turned out to be right. Heat experience

Have been shopping here for 13 years and they have a wide variety of work shoe and boots. The lady's are spot on at this place.

Excellent clothing and shoe store for the hard to fit man. They carry good name brands with an incredible depth of coverage is sizes and selection to fit people who do not fall into a popular size or body shape.

They went out of their way to help my son with new dress clothes. He hates to shop much less for clothes. They were fantastic and the prices were extremely reasonable.

The best place to get a pair of good boots had a problem with my first pair went back and they fixed the problem with out no hesitation thanks guys I really appreciate I recommend you guys

Excellent selection of men's clothing and shoes, including big and tall. They carry, or can get, difficult to find sizes. They carry numerous brands as well.

They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory and provides excellent customer service.
